Message from the President

My beloved co-servers,

Through the activity of the mighty Resurrection and Ascension Flames so much has taken place that my message this quarter will focus primarily upon what has and is taking place within this organization. As far as the lawsuits go, I shall spend very little time on them except to say they are continuing but, as all is truly in divine order, and The Bridge has done everything that has been requested of it there will probably be a hearing sometime this summer. I and the rest of the Executive Council have put this whole matter in God's Hands and in the hands of our very capable attorney knowing that all is well, all is very, very well.

As we all know and feel within our hearts, Shamballa and The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom is rapidly changing, evolving into something new and wonderful. The Ascension Focus now has several new offices, a beautiful bay window in the Kwan Yin Room, a multipurpose room where teaching classes have been held since May and a soon to be completed equipment shed off the garage. All of these things and more have been done almost single-handedly by one individual and member of the staff, Walter Trachsel. May all that he has given to this Activity return to him a thousand fold and more.

Along with Walter and myself on staff, Joanne Viola came onboard slightly over a year ago and since that time, she has also worked very hard for this organization. Now, to relieve me from some of my present work Joanne will with my assistance and guidance, serve as General Manager, in charge of the day-to-day running of The Bridge. I will continue to take care of the spiritual aspects of this organization as I have for several years and hopefully, I will now have time to greatly expand my service.

Cathie Lamb, an Independent Contractor, also now works for The Bridge serving as our New Publications Administrator. Since her arrival last September, many of the things that have been on the 'back burner' for some time, have now been completed and through her dedicated service I know there is much more to come!

Here at the Heartcenter we recently instituted a volunteer program so chelas can offer their time and energy to enriching the various programs and activities whether they choose to serve in the office or outside on the grounds.

In February all activities of The Bridge moved to the Ascension Focus. All services are now held in the Angel Room. The recent Angel Room fundraising project has brought in $3,600 and continues to grow. Hopefully, through the generosity of all the chelas, by the end of this year the Angel Room will have a fresh new look.

Across the hall from our sanctuary we have a lovely gift shop where refreshments are offered after service and many items are available to purchase including books, music, incense, crystals and other things to enhance one's spiritual path. The popular Shamballa Oils of years ago have been resurrected and are once again available, this time, as the Shamballa Scents. Because of the success of this endeavor, this summer I will be attending the International New Age Trade Show to evaluate the holistic industry from a business point of view, investigating the benefits for The Bridge and doing some networking.

If you will recall we introduced www.shamballa.org, now: www.pathofthemiddleway.org last Fall and since then it has sparked a great deal of interest among those individuals who are searching the web for spiritual enlightenment. Beginning this Summer we will be devoting more time to this endeavor so watch for upcoming changes to and expansion of our site.

Since late last year several new publications have been released; Daily Meditations in both English and Spanish and this past April the Flame Service booklet, which includes the history of the Transmission Flame Class and a new, updated version of that service which you can easily integrate into the ceremonial aspect of your spiritual work at the personal and group level. To also assist students in growing spiritually and learning more about Shamballa, the Bridge to Spiritual Freedom and its teachings, on the first Sunday in May we began an ongoing series of teaching sessions which will be published and made available to chelas worldwide.

Finally, the recent Easter Conference held at Montauk Manor was a tremendous success. Not only did everyone present work hard to heal the planet the messages from the ascended masters were filled with love and illumination.

Even though the weather kept us indoors, we were all grateful for this wonderful opportunity to serve. I encourage everyone to mark your calendars as we will shortly be booking the conference facilities at Montauk Manor for next year.

Beloved ones, as you can see much has been accomplished since last year but there is so much more yet to do. To keep you each up to date concerning what is taking place at the Heartcenter we will also begin sending out a newsletter on a regular basis. It will automatically go out to everyone on the mailing list so watch for it in the future.

And now, as we all continue to go about the business of our Father-Mother God may our thoughts and ideas be wise; our feelings calm and loving; and our words gentle but clear. In the name of life I AM, enfolded in the light of beloved Saint Germain, Mother Mary, El Morya, Kuthumi, Dwjal Khul and the great Archangel of Unity, Micah, we are grateful to serve God as the students, teachers, healers and administrators of this Activity of Light at the very beginning of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom. May we never refuse a drink from the Cup of Christ Consciousness that our Mother-Father God constantly offers to us. We are grateful! We are grateful! We are so very grateful! Great Universal I AM.
