Oh Light Supreme, we acknowledge thee in all life. Grateful for the gift of your ethereal radiance, we now invite all cosmic and ascended beings of Light, the great angelic host, and all members of the elemental kingdom to come forth and assist us in increasing and strengthening the energy which we draw forth in our service today. May this unified Light expand, expand and eternally expand as it travels throughout the universe in fulfillment of thy will I AM!

Oh, Thou Great One Universal First Cause, from the innermost Temple of our Beings, we reverently and humbly come before the Flame of Life I AM, and drink deeply of thy Love, Wisdom and Authority. In this state of Harmony and Peace sublime, we now invite and invoke the luminous presence of John the Beloved, all great Solar Beings, the Spiritual Hierarchy, All Great Ascended Cosmic Beings of Light, the Angelic and Elemental Kingdoms.
Oh, Shining Ones come forth now and charge all life with your very essence – Unconditional Love, Spiritual Enlightenment and Divine Wisdom. Standing here with our hands stretched forth, we offer our love, our energy and our entire beings on behalf of our beloved planet Earth – for I AM a Being of Flame and I AM Its Light!
Vested with this knowledge, our consciousness expands, expands and forever expands moving ever forward on our sacred journey. From this Holy Sanctuary, consecrated by the purity of our thoughts and feelings, may the Flame of the Eternal go forth and touch the hearts and minds of all the Sons and Daughters of God.

Greeting (by Director): Good morning my beloved sisters and brothers: With great love and reverence the ever expanding threefold flame in me, acknowledges and honors the ever expanding threefold flame within each of you, joyously and happily welcoming you to this service of love and light, on the last day of this year. I thank you for your loving presence this morning. (Pause)
Please be seated.
I now ask you to close your eyes for a moment. Breathe in deeply and as you breathe out, join your heart flames with mine. Breathe in again and on the outbreath, unite your energies with every chela and lightworker anywhere on this blessed planet. (Pause)
Now, breathing in once again, expand your consciousness even further. As you exhale, see and feel how our collective consciousness now joins with the limitless numbers of our ascended sisters and brothers, the many magnificent angelic beings and with the great elemental lifestreams that make up the physical plane of the Earth.
As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically feel how the Body of Light has now become fully activated! Together, we have become one mighty force of Divine Reality, coming together at this very moment for the expressed purpose of serving all life on this planet. (Pause)
Today this service will be focused upon the divine qualities of Wisdom, Illumination and Understanding as embraced through the qualities of Peace and Spiritual Healing. Thus through our service of light and love every man, woman and child on this blessed planet shall be able to dip into the Well of Knowledge with their own Cup of receptivity and benefit through their capacity to receive. This beloved ones is true Spiritual Communion! (Pause)
Please now listen to some words of wisdom from this Activity of Light:
Divine Wisdom serves humanity by developing the consciousness of those gifted to impart Truth through all the avenues and channels which serve the human race. As Wisdom and Understanding grows, tolerance grows, and Love naturally ensues from the individual who has developed an understanding and open heart.
True Wisdom comes from entering the God Presence I AM within and drawing forth the conscious realization that all Truth, Beauty and Understanding may only be found within the Flame of one’s own heart. This necessitates listening to the Voice of the Silence in humble and silent reverence. The wiser one becomes, the more silent is the tongue, the more peaceful is the emotional world and less thinking is done with the mind.
The Path of Wisdom is a path of listening and waiting. It is a period of Peace and quiet, for you are now not tested in strength but in patience. This is one of the most difficult steps on the Path, for until you can hear the Voice of the Silence, you wander on the periphery of Life shouting with the multitude the hollow Hosannas that resound nowhere but in your own ears.
The fully revealed Truth which remains Ever-present in the Universal Mind of God, I AM that I AM intensifies the feeling of the Nature of the Cosmic Christ and conveys that nature to the aspirant who drinks in every word in reverence and gratitude. (Pause)
Beloved ones, retaining in your hearts and minds what you just heard please take a deep breathe in and on the outbreath begin to return to our physical location. Take another breathe in and on the outbreath please open your eyes and take up your decree books and turn to (-) Decree 1-07 Mystic Union Affirmation… Together!
Thank you. It is said: The aura of an individual is the atmosphere of its soul and therefore, encompasses its world. Within it you will find your life energy constantly expressing a specific color, tone, sound and/or form, because your aura is also the manifest expression of your four lower vehicles. Let us now purify our own four lower bodies, so that our auras will carry only perfection into the world around us. Please turn to (+) Decree 11-09. Would you please stand for this decree… Together!
Thank you, as prepared vehicles for the expression of the Cosmic Christ on this planet; let us now acknowledge the infinite love and protection of our own I AM Presence, by consciously donning our mantles of light. Please turn to (+) Decree 2-01 Mantle of Light… Together please!
Thank you, please be seated. Close your eyes for a moment. Enfolded within your Mantle of Light feel the Light of God surround us, the Wisdom, Love and Power of the Divine enfold us, as Divine Peace now becomes our true being! Within your protective Mantle of Light, breathe in gently and deeply. Feel, as the power of the flame within your heart, is enfolded by the limitless, eternal, all powerful Light of the Universe. Now allow yourself to fully stand within this great love, wisdom and power by expanding your heart flame out even further with each and every breath you take. Through this expansion of energy, know the perfect peace that has descended into and throughout this sanctuary as it moves in, through and around us, connecting and uniting us with the entire Spiritual Hierarchy as, together, we become one pure Chalice of Light. Breathe in deeply….and breathe out… breathe in… and breathe out... (Pause)
Beloved ones, each of you has created your personality through centuries upon centuries of living, having chosen to often take Divine Energy and mold it to fit your wants and desires. Now, to reverse that energy we must allow I AM that I AM to once again take command. With no uncertainty the personal self must be placed back into the arms and control of the Divine Presence. To that end please return your attention to this sanctuary and once again take up your decree books and turn to Decree 1-08 I AM a Child of God… As one voice!
As the child of God that you are put your decree books aside and find a comfortable position. As you now begin to concentrate on the rhythm of your breathing, gently close your eyes… and listen to these words:
I AM the Christ in thee, thou art in me! I AM a cell in the great Heart of Infinity. I AM the fire, the air, the water and the earth element. I AM in all. When I AM permitted to function in the consciousness above the human, my fleshly vehicle being serves as a garment through which I AM – Electronic Light Energy – can function. I bless my body for providing me a habitation to serve life, everywhere…in this system and in the entire Universe, for I AM a cell, an infinitesimal particle, in the ALL-in-ALL!
When I AM permitted to function the consciousness which embraces all good, I can serve according to the Pattern given my individuality when I was given the privilege of embodiment to serve with my sister and brother cells who preceded me to Earth… and having accomplished their ordained mission came HOME to give greater assistance to those still on Earth! Yet, I AM here and I AM there, I can function everywhere, for I have achieved that KNOWING which does not function on a level below Christ Consciousness.
I AM the Immaculate Concept for all life. I see perfection and contribute to the Universal Pattern… I have transcended the human and with all perfected life I assist all the kingdoms to greater manifestation. I AM the manifest as well as the unmanifest.
Oh my sister and brother cells… know that there is one Breath, One Heart composing the Infinite… rest thou in the knowledge that thou art one exquisite flower in the over-all Garden of Perfection… one note in the Cosmic Symphony of Creation… that music which has a tonal quality unheard by human ears!
I have spoken thus to assist you… which is my privilege – to inspire you, to present a minute portion of the great panorama of Life. I AM aligned with the Divinity within you, and seeing your progress on the pathway of Earth, I AM here to encourage you, to raise your consciousness and sustain it to yet unknown heights, where the Earthly concept of “heaven” is but a mirage. Be thou aware of me for I AM in thee, serving to raise all life to the vast fields of perfection ye know not!
Yes, your ears have heard this message before – your emotional vehicle was temporarily stirred and uplifted by it… your etheric consciousness heard it… yet, until you manifest it in daily living, you know not what I AM saying.
I AM – the ALL – in ALL - I AM (Pause)
Beloved ones, it is time to begin the journey to bring your attention back to this Sanctuary. Take your time… there is no need to rush… Hold this experience deep within and allow it to become an integral part of your being. Take a deep breath in… and gently breathe out… breathe in and breathe out and when you are ready please open your eyes.
In this state of perfect peace, please take up your decree books and let us now project our deep inner conviction by affirming our faith in God’s First Cause – Perfection for all life. Please turn to (+) Decree 2-05, and once you have found it please stand, A Declaration of Faith… Together!
I AM an open door for God’s Limitless Faith in humanity and humanity’s returning Faith in God! Thank you, please be seated. Breathing in, concentrate on this declaration of faith offered to the universe. Feel our energy increase in this sanctuary as we further unites in purpose and intensify in radiation! As each year comes to a close and a new year is about to emerge there are two prominent activities which take place in conjunction with the activities of the etheric essence of Shamballa. These two events result in our Earth and all life upon it being granted two extraordinary gifts from our Mother-Father God. The first activity involves the purification of the planet through the transmutation, forgiveness and release of all misunderstood and misqualified energy incurred during the previous twelve month period. This is achieved through our synchronized and dynamic use of the Violet Transmuting Fire. Throughout our service today we will actively call forth many Cosmic Beings of Light and ask them to join their energies with ours so that once again we can wipe Earth’s slate clean of any etheric, emotional, physical or mental debris which is keeping her from becoming Freedom’s Holy Star.
The second activity which will culminate tonight comprises of the release of the magnificent energies we have worked with during this year and the descent of the cosmic energies for the new incoming year. This additional increased energy will assist in manifesting Earth’s ability to move ever closer to divine perfection for all life during the following twelve month period. The entire Spiritual Hierarchy assists us in accomplishing this task by receiving and energizing the new thoughtform and theme for the incoming New Year, which we then anchor within the Earth during the all night watch each December 31st. Additionally, during the Petition Services we also pledge our continuing efforts and energies to supporting and sustaining the incoming cosmic forces, which are needed to assist in developing the ever evolving divine plan for all humankind and our dear planet Earth.
These two important activities are accomplished each year through our sincere invocations, decrees and visualizations, and through our united co-service with all great Beings and Powers of Light in bringing forth the universal light, love and peace from the Supreme Source of All Life.

Free from the bonds of our own personal negativity we shall now invoke all the angels and legions of the Order of Zadkiel to use the Violet Fire to purify all the mass karma of the Earth. Knowing that many of the causes and cores of human miscreation lies within the astral plane just waiting for an unsuspecting individual to open themselves to forces not of the Light, let us also call forth the assistance of the great cosmic being beloved Shri Magra and his mighty legions by giving (+) Decree 3-13 Again please take another deep breath in… and out… with energy, together!

See yourself within a blazing mantle of light, the Three-fold flame within your heart blazing forth the perfect balance of Love, Wisdom and Power filling your aura which now extends out for nine feet in every direction. See the Violet Fire blazing forth, around you. Know that nothing can enter this forcefield without first passing through this immense wall of Flame, transmuting all back into pure energy once again!
Consciously choosing to be one with the Divine, we are a magnificent free flowing sea of Light, blending easily and effortlessly with the entire free flowing sea of Light of One Universal Consciousness. Clothed in the ever-evolving substance of the inner realms, we endeavor to remember the timeless concepts of divine love, humility and service. Sealed within this Universal Light and Magnificence of victorious accomplishment, no longer are we human beings struggling to be divine; we are spiritual beings drawing ever closer to the ultimate at-one-ment with Divine mind.
Resting in patience, we sense the time is near when our actual physical structure will completely meld with the pressure of the Universal Light Substance. Continuing to walk the path of the middle way, we now stand upon the shining threshold of the incoming Fourth Dimension ready to step through the Golden Door of Divine Illumination. Until that moment in our lives we are most grateful for the guidance, protection and enlightenment of the truth that will set us free eternally!
Breathe the magnificence of this glorious vision deep within your being beloved ones. As you breathe out allow it to become a permanent part of your being and world, upon which you will forever build, as you continue your journey home, ultimately becoming one with the Universal Consciousness. Breathe in again… and as you release your breath let us respond to this magnificent Thoughtform by giving the Theme for this year three times. Together!
**Fully united with the great Universal Consciousness, I AM that I AM; I vow to become the embodiment of the Sun, beyond the Sun, beyond the Sun in the physical realm of Earth. I AM Grateful for Divine Intelligence expressed in my mind and the minds of those around me. Beloved One, gratefully we welcome your Presence as the radiating center of Divine Wisdom in our beings and worlds, and invoke the spark of divine intelligence in the heart of every life form to reach forth and accept this gift, as this Light spreads throughout all planes of existence and experiences where understanding, knowledge, truth, and the activities of a constructive nature are desired.
Beloved Presence, receive our gratitude for your motivating strength that gives direction in our lives as we consciously invoke the descent of the full gathered cosmic momentum of your Divine Faith, Will and Strength into the emotional, mental, etheric and physical strata wherein we presently abide!
Beloved Supreme Presence we are grateful for the order through which your Divine Will and Intelligence shapes this world and all of our limitless experiences. As the inherent desire to do God’s Will develops through us, let the joy that is the reward of such service expand throughout our auras. As we accept the all-encompassing love you have for all creations we know your Light is daily and hourly increasing in our lives and in all lives on our beloved planet Earth, and will continue to fill us with the truth that can and will set us free eternally!
All Love is God and I AM Grateful to have God-Love stream through me, moment by moment, heartbeat by heartbeat. Grateful for the opportunity to serve God-as-other, and directing our attention to the Essence-of-God, in humility, love and a state of listening grace we come now. We reverently ask to know what your plan is and how, together, we can assist in fulfilling it. We also ask for the opportunity to reach the members of the human race who also have these same desires and who within themselves are willing to consecrate their personal energies to the fiat beautifully expressed so very long ago, so we move forward in Thy Name and upon Thy Service. “Thy Will be done on Earth, as it is in heaven.”
We thank you for the forgiving grace that has cleared away all destructive karma accumulated this year. As we now stand cleansed in mind, body soul and spirit may we see even more divine love manifesting through our presence in this world. The blessings, the hopes, and the invocations of humanity rest with you as we prepare to enter the next twelve month cycle with dignity, illumination and poise. May all the visions, ideas, and plans for increasing humanity’s good be recorded and manifest as the incoming tides of spiritual energy form in the atmosphere of Earth.
We are grateful for the immediate response of Divine Order, Love, Intelligence and the Will to do, through the Power of our perfect Faith. We are grateful to see the fruits of our faith manifesting upon this Earth, as gifts and blessings from God to God-through-us. We experience Divine Joy in our hearts, and for that and so much more, we are grateful, so very grateful!

With our hearts overflowing with gratitude center yourself, concentrate on the activity of your breath. Continuing to rhythmically breathe in and out silently listen to another teaching of this Activity of Light:
When an individual honors the Divine Power, either released directly from the source of All Life or indirectly through one of the Messengers of the kingdom, such an individual through their own consciousness accepts this Power as a reality that cannot be denied as an awesome Presence whose Power is Omnipotent and as an Omniscient Grace whose efficacy is limitless!
When such a state of mind and hearts is established and maintained by an individual part of the One Life, this consciousness becomes a mystical, magnetic Focus that releases the ever present Divine Power into the Three-dimensional Plane. Every blessed Saint and Holy One in their innermost nature constantly acknowledges this Active Presence among them and accepts the limitless Power of that Presence.
When this state of mind and heart is achieved, and it can be by sincere contemplation upon the Presence of God, the individual abides in an inner peace and tranquility and in the SILENT salutation to the ever-present and abiding Power of Divine Love, recognition, acceptance and devotion to this Divine Love releases the Power of that Light to accomplish all things perfectly. Moving forward on Life’s Path, we must learn to Honor the Presence of Divinity in every individual and in our own life.
Now visualize yourself sitting within a Pillar of blazing Light with the Golden Flame of Illumination, Wisdom and Love pouring downward from the great I AM Presence in a steady Stream of prismatic Light. See and feel it anchor Itself within your heart as a Cup. Now see this chalice overflow until that magnificent Golden Fire penetrates every cell, organ, function and part of your physical body. Feel it go through your etheric body; feel it fill your brain and mental world and radiate out into your emotional world for several feet all around you. Feel that you ARE the Christ in Action now sending forth that Golden Flame of Wisdom with the feeling of Love to bless all who touch the ‘hem of your garment’...

Remaining in this listening grace prepare now to receive these words of John the Beloved:
My dearly beloved,
First, let me begin by offering my gratitude and the gratitude of the entire spiritual hierarchy that you have chosen to continue to pursue your spiritual advancement through this Activity of Light. With the challenges and changes that have taken place especially since the beginning of the new millennium your continued support and dedication demonstrates your courage and determination to move forward in your spiritual growth at an ever increasing pace.
It has been written that I AM one who reveals the truth of God’s Love for you and for all life and this is true, for through my every thought, word and manifestation I consciously choose to exemplify the perfect love of our Mother/Father God. If you will now open your mind and heart to me I will begin to share the divine truths that will bring you quickly to the threshold of full freedom in the Light. Once there you will then more easily and effortlessly be able to share these divine teachings with others.
To begin this process I would like to remind you of a very powerful statement I shared with all chelas almost twelve years ago: “Clear away in me all resistance to my Divine Perfection!” Many of you took this statement to heart, contemplated its meaning and even used it for a short while. Today I offer this statement to you once again and ask that you begin using it; not occasionally but several times each and every day!
To assist in this endeavor I now call forth the most powerful activity of the sacred Violet Fire! COME FORTH NOW! FROM DEEP WITHIN THE HEART OF THE UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND PRESENCE OF THE DIVINE: BLAZE AND BLAZE AND FOREVER BLAZE YOUR VICTORIOUS FLAMES IN, THROUGH AND AROUND THE BEINGS AND WORLDS OF ALL CHELAS AND LIGHTWORKERS ON THIS PLANET! CLEAR AWAY IN THEM ALL RESISTANCE TO THEIR DIVINE PERFECTION! CLEAR AWAY IN THEM ALL RESISTANCE TO THEIR DIVINE PERFECTION! CLEAR AWAY IN THEM ALL RESISTANCE TO THEIR DIVINE PERFECTION! So be it.
Now beloved ones, see this sacred fire blazing in through and around your four lower vehicles. Silently repeat this statement: CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION over and over again. Say it to your physical body and any area of distress within your anchorage to the physical world. CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! Say it to you etheric body and the memories you have all the way to the cellular level. CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! Say it to you mental body, cleansing and clearing all thoughts and ideas that are untrue. CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! Say it to your emotional body and all feelings that are holding you back from your full freedom in the Light. CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! Say it to your aura and as you do observe the Violet Transmuting Flames moving outward from the center of your being, all the way to the perimeter of your own Mantle of Light. CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION! CLEAR AWAY IN ME ALL RESISTANCE TO MY DIVINE PERFECTION!
Beloved ones say these words over and over again until they become your daily mantra and part of every cell and atom of your being and then say them again! I cannot stress the importance of this necessary preparation beloved ones, for it shall be these ten simple words that will form the foundation and basis for all good that is to come to you in the future as you now turn your attention to the magnificent Cities of St. John and begin to work directly with the wonderful vibration and energies cultivated there that work together to heal the evolutions of Earth by changing imperfection into perfection.
As we all know, the world has changed tremendously, especially during the past decade. Things have happened that no one should have to experience as humanity’s so called reality, both individually and collectively, was shattered over and over again. As the spiritual beings you have become after actively working with the powerful qualities of wisdom and illumination, you are now finding much greater love for your fellow traveler. This year you have also developed the gift of humility as you used every opportunity to serve life. You are now ready to proceed and begin a new chapter in your spiritual development beloved ones and I for one look forward to assisting you in all ways possible to make your journey a smooth one.
And for those of you who believe me to be a passive soul, let me assure you that contrary to popular opinion, this is not the case. Call to me often and you will quickly come to learn the true power of the love nature of our Mother/Father God and experience a peace so profound that there are no words to adequately explain this sacred space. As ever-expanding outposts of the Divine, continue to open your minds and hearts to the many gifts and blessings you will soon begin to experience. Additionally, continue to consciously expand an aura of peace within and around you and the entire planet Earth as you sojourn often to my beloved cities in your spiritual studies during times you are awake and sleeping soundly.
It is vital that you who serve within the activity of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom come into greater and greater inner attunement with each other. I AM speaking of your Light melding as One Light; your spirit of service becoming one collective Cup; and your love nature becoming one magnificent Flame of Love. As this inner attunement waxes strong with your conscious awareness and efforts upon it, the outer unity of service will be perfected along with it, without undo effort. May this momentum of inner attunement with each other be ever present in your minds, hearts and messages to others for you beloved ones along with many other great beings of Light continue to create the spiritual heartbeat for this planet, precious beyond your understanding.

Sealed in this balanced state of perfect peace, we give our profound gratitude, and love to All Majestic Beings of Light for the constant outpouring to us. May these gifts and blessings continue to flow through us at all times so we may see the full magnitude of our own Holy Christ Selves and consciously become ONE with this divine body of light!
Great cosmic beings, angelic legions and elemental kingdom, we thank you for your wondrous service to us this day. Take our gifts and blessings North, South, East and West and cover our dear planet Earth with light and peace, with illumination, with healing, freedom, victory and the Wisdom and Love of the Divine made manifest through every electron belonging to this planet and its evolution in any way.
