(Breathe in) I AM inbreathing
(Hold breath in) I AM absorbing
(Breathe out) I AM expanding

* The breathing statement should be given four times for each full breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the power of the Holy Breath. As you hold your breath out of your body, project these magnificent God Qualities forth to all life. Repeat this exercise a minimum of three full breaths.

Symbols of the Journey
You have traveled far across the sands of time beloved ones. You are finally becoming Master of your own self, wherein abides the divine spark of understanding and love. You are now among the wise men and women of the New Age and as you journey through life you shall greet the Star of Divine Consciousness in each human heart.
One of the steps toward self-conscious Mastery is intuition. In order to fully attain this gift, it is necessary to use it often. Your goal may be reached through a very simple exercise such as asking your Holy Self a question and then remaining alert to the answer—for it may come to you in many ways. Over time you will build a momentum of confidence in yourself in which you have come to trust the information you receive.
One of the sacred symbols you may often observe is the crown. A crown is symbolic of the feminine aspect of authority, representing the opening—or channel—through which divine ideas are acknowledged or projected into ones consciousness. A crown often represents awakening, illumination, or the advent of a new state of consciousness or activity.
Another important symbol is the scepter. Like the crown it is a symbol of power but represents the masculine nature of God. In the human being, the scepter is embodied in the spinal column and connects the chakra systems of the four lower vehicles. It is the avenue of power that carries the impetus of divine ideation to all your creative centers. It controls the flow of energy within your entire system and is activated at the throat chakra by the power of the spoken word.
Finally, there is the chalice. It is the symbol of the heart and is the anchorage of divine love. The nurturing activity of all spiritual understanding takes place in your heart center, for it serves as the womb of all the divine ideas that will eventually manifest in the outer world of form. It is vitally important that these three symbols be clearly understood and remembered because they are used at all levels of consciousness to expedite personal spiritual growth.
Be still now, as a crown is gently placed upon your head, bestowing upon you the ability to look beyond the surface of every experience in your life and receive a deeper understanding. See the scepter of the power of divine accomplishment held tightly in your hands so that you shall manifest whatever is required to bring forth the New Age of Spiritual Freedom on this blessed planet. As this happens feel the chalice at the center of your heart expand, expand and forever expand, to reach out and touch the minds, hearts, beings and worlds of all life you contact from this day forth. So be it, beloved I AM that IAM!

Unique Activity
This Activity of Light is unique upon the planet. No other organization functions quite like it. It is an inner activity that must also function in the physical world of form. Each individual works at his or her own pace to develop spiritually. All growth that is made is strictly between each individual and God, and the Ascended Masters with whom they work and serve.
Where you stand on the Path and what you need to experience for your future progress cannot be judged by anyone else. The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom shares with you all the principles, tools and teachings given to and through this Activity. It is then up to you to learn, develop, and then assist in the rapid expansion of these ideas so that others who desire to learn can also receive the teachings.
As members of this Organization we must always be there for one another—to support and to comfort when necessary; to share experiences and discuss the principles that are involved, showing each other by example, how best to put the teachings into practice in one’s daily life. You must be both teacher and student! It is not always an easy path but one that-when you choose to follow it-changes your life forever!
All that is required from you is right desire and the willingness to serve. At the very moment you turn your attention to the greatest good of all life and ask to be of assistance the “Golden Door of Opportunity” shall open wide before you. You will then be able to access all the wonderful gifts and blessings stored within your Causal Body.
At the point on the Path where you now stand, the greatest understanding is that humankind can no longer separate themselves from others. This includes all life that has evolved upon this planet—the entire elemental and animal kingdoms, every angel in embodiment and most especially, every member of the Human Family.
All life is connected beloved ones. You have no idea of the importance of everything a person thinks, says, feels and does. The magnificent sphere of influence that surrounds you, that you lovingly maintain and nurture each and every day, can either be an incredibly powerful force of good or a very negative influence upon you or those around you. The choice is up to you!

Inner Sight
It is important that we all take time to quietly meditate, to go within, and to silently listen to that inner voice and music of the spheres. We are blessed with many gifts but it remains our responsibility to open ourselves to them and to put them into effective use in the world and our lives. Many great beings of light situated on the path of illumination which cuts through the physical plane are ready to support and assist any who make the call, thus contributing to the great bridge of light upon which we are all presented the chance to walk.
If you could just see with your physical sight the genuine activity of the sacred flame that takes place in response to your each and every prayer. But, for now most of us must rely on our inner vision and perception in order to understand the effect our attention and focus has on the world around us. It is never by accident that a person or thing comes to our awareness but always as a challenge, or more appropriately an opportunity in the natural process of spiritual development and realization. How we utilize these events and incidents prophesizes our progress and the mastery of our chosen work. If all our efforts are done with joy, love and gratitude for this occasion to serve then the path can become smoother and more relaxed. As you allow yourself to become more and more conscious and calm with this process you will become better able to accept greater obstacles and challenges with enhanced gratitude, peace and serenity.
At some point all that separates our physical and spiritual world will cease to be, and the veil will be lifted so that all will be apparent and translucent, and we will not be tethered by the time and space of this dimension. Meanwhile we are all empowered with the tools of visualization, silence, reflection, contemplation and meditation. Listen to the pristine vibrations and keynotes of all around you and allow this complete harmony, peace and freedom to direct your thoughts and actions. Shine forth to all you encounter the sense of hope, faith and limitless opportunity of this path of light.

Transformation Flames
A divine gift is only given at a conscious level when the recipient is capable and willing to take responsibility for their actions and reactions, accepting fully the truth that they can transform the conditions and environment which is all around them.
As you are well aware, the Violet Fire is the most powerful aspect of love - that is because the Violet Flame is the perfect blending of the First and Third Rays. The aspects of protection and faith are combined with the aspect of pure divine love thus allowing our transformation back into our original pure and true state, which can only lead to our consciousness being once more at One with the I AM that I AM Presence.
This activity of forgiveness and transformation re-polarizes the electronic substance of this three-dimensional world placing all in perfect alignment and vibration with the One Universal Consciousness – our true nature. As we spend more and more time in this state of Oneness we are able to completely manifest and bring forth the richness of the Flame of Wisdom and to become the bliss and buoyancy of the Ascension. Thus we can complete our existing sacred contracts and missions to the planet Earth and then be able to progress onward into different or higher possibilities of service at the inner realms, forever moving forward and upward in our evolution and in our progression on our spiritual path and development.
For we understand that in order to make any changes in the world we must first transform ourselves! During this process it necessitates that we continuously remain the perfect examples of how to live according to these divine principles of life and that our way of being constantly expresses your innate divine essence.

Enfolded within the Sacred Flames of Forgiveness, I AM that I AM, we call upon all the elements and essences of Mercy, Compassion and Forgiveness to combine these energies as One Unified Chalice of Light and Love, as we declare:

Expanding outward from within each lifestreams’ heart flame – restoring the balanced activity of the planetary threefold flame – manifesting the perfection of the One Divine Consciousness and Holy Will, right here and now!
We call upon the focus of the living Violet Flames of Mercy and Compassion to be established and sustained in the homes and hearts of all people upon the planet Earth.
Centered within the Altar of Eternal Grace, we are grateful, we are eternally grateful for this instantaneous response to our every focus and devotion.
