The daily contemplation of the Holy Trinity Picture will enable the student to visualize and realize effectively major activities indispensable for his illumination, his health, his abundance of all good things, as well as for the acceleration of the processes that will lead him to his Ascension in the Light. These are: 

First: The use of the two weapons mentioned in the Scriptures: the aggressive, in our case, the daily use of the Violet Transmuting Flame around the four lower bodies as well as the use of the Sword of Blue Flame; the defensive, such as putting on the armor or mantle of Light, previously called the tube of light. This, done daily, while visualizing this Picture, is in itself alone a tremendous benefit which the student will receive. (See Rom XIII: 12; II Cor. X: 4; I Thes V: 8; and Eph VI: 14-17.) 

Second: The establishment of the connection with the "I AM" Presence. It has been repeatedly stated that when one looks at a picture one establishes a direct, though invisible, connection with the original, in this case with your "I AM” Presence. 

Third: The reception of the Blessings from the "I AM" Presence. The Holy Trinity Picture is a constant open channel through which flow to the student the Gifts from the Causal body, when he contemplates it.
