Beloved Maha Chohan

From out the centuries of darkness, the Planet Earth and her people are now standing upon the threshold of a Light that shall never again be extinguished, but become the Cosmic Eternal Day, in which the fullest manifestation of Perfection for the Planet, its humanity and its chain will be abundantly made evident. 

In this significant year of 1963, we are setting into motion the actual Causative Centers through the consciousness and vehicles of the chelas by which we may tie the Cosmic Plan into the substance and energy of the Third Dimensional World. This is the actual "bridging" of the chasm between the outer consciousness and the Etheric Perfection already designed and lowered into the Seventh Sphere, which forms the pattern for the combined activities of the Spiritual Brotherhood in this twelve-month period that through the etheric body of each lifestream the outer consciousness may be awakened to the plan of its individual possibilities to serve in that plan for the good of the race. 

The connection between the higher mind and the outer consciousness of the individual not being for the most part sufficiently developed, the Lords of Karma have signified that they will cooperate with the plan and through their endeavors hasten the execution of the details and ramifications that will tremendously accelerate the entire service without waiting on the individual development of each integral part which, however, will be nurtured and encouraged at the same time. 

There are a goodly number of fine people whose whole motivation is to serve life and the Master Presence of the Universe, but their service and endeavors must be coordinated through the direction of the outer intelligence in order for it to have the efficacy of unified endeavor.
