The beautiful natural cathedral of the Grand Teton Mountains, rising from the plains surrounding them, is the Focus of the Beloved Ascended Master Lanto, Beloved Confucius, Hierarch of the Retreat, and the Brotherhood of Precipitation. 

Precipitation is a power, the use of which mankind so eagerly seek. They are not conscious that when the active ability to precipitate is released through them, all the secret thoughts and feelings, spoken words and actions will also be externalized with power. It is, therefore, mercy and wisdom to purify the inner vehicles of the chela before he experiences the conscious use of the power of precipitation. 

As the vicinity of the Teton Mountains was the first place where mankind took embodiment upon the Earth, the focus of the Seven Elohim, like an open Lotus with seven petals of Flame, is located there in the ethers and encompasses the Retreat and its environs. The Seven Elohim, having participated in the creation of the Earth as a habitable schoolroom for certain evolutions, provides an impetus of the power of precipitation into form from this locality. 

In recent years, due to the dispensation given by the Divine Law, more and more unascended lifestreams are cognizant of the activities in the Rocky Mountain Retreat and they, in turn have a greater awareness of the opportunities available to them to more quickly further their own spiritual progress and that of all mankind by lovingly cooperating with the Brotherhood here. 

The chelas should send their gratitude to the Beloved Beings who comprise the Karmic Council, the Governing Body for the Spiritual Brotherhood. To them we owe a deep debt of gratitude for the many Dispensations which are granted from time to time, and for their Wisdom which results in mercy for the evolutions of this Earth. 

Let us turn our attention to them as we see them seated in a semicircle, in the ethers above the Great Tetons - Beloved Goddess of Truth, Beloved Kwan Yin, Beloved Goddess of Justice (Spokesman for the Board), Beloved Vista, Beloved Goddess of Liberty, Beloved Lord Saithrhu, and Beloved Nada. 

The Members of the Karmic Board lend every effort, permitted by Cosmic Law, to assist the mankind of Earth to fulfill their Divine Destiny. Every chela should endeavor to daily give recognition to these great beings for their leniency through the years, in allowing the Members of the Brotherhood to give more than ordinary assistance, not earned in the majority of instances, but in order that the cooperation of unascended individuals, serving in conjunction with the Ascended Host can more quickly speed up the evolution of the recalcitrants making the Earth their habitat. 

It is suggested that the chelas either sing, or audibly say the words which are embodied in the Song to the Karmic Board. In this way, the Ray of your attention and love will be directed to these Beings of great Wisdom and Love, and you will be blessed indeed by the radiation of their Qualities which will flow to and become part of your beings.
