Oh thou Almighty Supreme Ruler of the Universe, I invoke thy Blessing on these chelas, my friends, who have come to this great Conference. 

Precious and beloved of my Heart, you know I have long held a Vision of a World Brotherhood, sometimes with a feeling almost of trepidation. At such times I have had to call forth all the conviction of my being to hold to that Divine Concept, always with a prayer to the Cosmic Source of All that the vision would become a God-Reality. 

This is the first time I have felt with any degree of certainty that I could tell children inhabiting the Earth that God's Plan is truly unfolding in all its magnificent Beauty. 

Who is responsible for this expectant and exultant feeling? You, my so dear Heart friends; you who have set aside all else to attend this Conference, regardless of the so-called time involved to make this journey to Long Island and the monetary outlay, particularly those who have traversed the Oceans and Continents to be physically present. Every individual who is attending today felt the urgency of the prompting of the glorious Christ Presence within their hearts, and the very beautiful part of it all, is your complete obedience to that Directing Intelligence. 

You are aware that we changed the original date set for this Conference. This was occasioned by the fact that travel reservations could not be obtained for many at the time originally specified. It is of the utmost importance that we of the Spiritual Hierarchy join the energies of all present into a World Encompassing Circle. 

While on the subject of dates, it is ordinarily the practice to burn the Petitions of the chelas which have been presented to the great Karmic Board, on the 30th of June. When I spoke to my Beloved Portia about the delay in doing this, due to the fact that the Conference would not have yet begun, she just smiled in that wonderful knowing way of hers and acquiesced to my request that this be done later today. You all know the Lady Portia is the Goddess of Opportunity, and she in her great Wisdom was happy to permit this. 

The Spiritual Hierarchy was indeed grateful that it was not necessary to wait until today for the Radiation of this Class to be World Encompassing. The Angelic Host gathered up the buoyant and loving energy while you were physically present at Shamballa and the expansion of your Light was of sufficient intensity for them to completely enfold the Planet in its beneficent embrace! Since Tuesday, this Sweet Earth and her evolutions has been the recipient of the Blessing of Divine Love, Unity, Peace and the harmonious radiation which is the benediction of those Virtues. We have been successful in touching, at least in part, the hearts of all men here embodied. And I, Saint Germain, salute the Christ within each of you for making this possible. Precious chelas, how I love you, faithful heart friends! 

I now request that you be as still as possible, centered in that glorious Christ Presence, as the Activity of releasing the little Doves into your auras takes place. 

Please visualize a reverse triangle of blazing White Light, directly over this building. At the left top corner stands the Goddess of Liberty, at the right, the Lord of the World Gautama, and at the descending point, Holy Æolus, the Cosmic Holy Spirit. Inside this great inverted Triangle are gathered the Angelic Beings and their little charges. The Seraphic, Cherubic and Angelic Choir are now sending forth the melody of "The Prayer for Peace" and as their voices blend in magnificent harmony the emergence of the Doves of Peace and their Protecting Angels begins. 

All will pass through the Light Body of Holy Æolus, being bathed as they proceed, with the Qualities of Pure Divine Love, Peace and Comfort. They are now entering your auras, there they shall remain and will make their departure from this Island with you. It shall be your signal privilege of sending the Messengers of Peace and Their Guardians to the locality which your heart shall choose, to engender and amplify Peace for the peoples and Nations of this Planet! Each chela will receive fifty of these little Beings. 

A word of counsel... in your enthusiasm to dispatch these Doves, I would kindly advise you to make a Call for Peace daily for that specific village, town, city or nation. 

"I AM”, grateful to be able to tell you that the Love from your blessed hearts has formed an upreaching triangle, extending to and blending with that descending from the Beings of the Great Ones. As this has formed a perfect Star, and the emergence of the Doves and their Guardians into your auras has taken place, in the center of this glorious Star of Light now stands the august Presence of our Regent, the Beloved Sanat Kumara, that benevolent one, who so loved this Earth that he chose exile from his own Star Venus to save the Earth from the contemplated dissolution. In those millions of years of chosen exile, he constantly nourished this Planet and all thereon with his understanding Love. Blessed be his Holy Name and the great Service which he rendered to all the evolutions of this Earth. I most humbly bow to his glorious Presence and that of his Beloved, the beauteous Lady Venus. 

We will keen you within this Star of Light for the remainder of the Address, where your vehicles will be further enriched with the Virtues of these mighty Beings. 

I now request that an appropriate selection be played on the organ while you are bathed in this accelerated Radiation, at the conclusion of which we shall proceed to the High Point of this Conference. 

I realize that your vehicles are vibrating intensely with this expansion of Light, so I counsel you to listen carefully as I proceed... 

The Director of the Class, at the conclusion of this Address, will extend his hand, where the chelas in the front row, to the right of the platform, will join hands, one with the other, continuing to the next row, and so on, until every chela within this room is joined one with the other, the last chela clasping the right hand of the Director. Do not wonder about this. 

After the continuity has taken place, Please remain thus for a moment while the specific Activity takes place. The reason for this request is that it will permit the energy of my Being to flow through you, forming a transfusion of our Energy, joining us, one with the other, in Sacred Unity to bring True World Brotherhood into being in the physical appearance world. 

You will remember how little children, and elders, too, sometimes used to draw forth a drop of physical blood from their fingers to blend each other as brothers. They little knew they had within the recesses of their beings a Sacred Truth, even though they were applying it in an outer sense. Now in the magnificent Spiritual Sense "I AM" infusing the energy of my Purpose, that of World Brotherhood through Divine Love, Peace and Unity, through you, my dedicated Heart friends. 

You will, of course, understand how very, very important it is that you hold the Harmony, the Peace required, so that you will not dissipate the Pattern of this Sacred Ceremony, which I repeat is the Real Infusion of World Brotherhood into the hearts of men, through those who are now sufficiently illumined spiritually to cherish and guard this Holy Privilege by being the Dispensers of Pure Divine Love on this Sweet Earth. 

I admonish you, precious ones, to accept your participation in this Holy Ceremony with deep reverence and to carefully guard this activity by not glibly discussing it, one with the other. Greater by far is the activity than you can at present understand. Further contemplation will reveal much to yow! 

Please do not let the solemnity of this occasion result in any feeling but that of ecstatic happiness and gratitude for this opportunity, EARNED, mind you, by your dedication to the Cause of the Spiritual Brotherhood, through your constancy to the Service of the Light. Oh, there are some who have recently joined our ranks, but that is only so far as the outer consciousness is concerned. You all have received great preparation at Inner Levels for this privilege, through the heart desire which could not be denied, and you truly are Flame Bearers, carrying the Banner of the Seventh Cycle, or Ray. 

And now the Sacred Ceremony will begin, as the Director outstretches his hand… 

Please remain in your places for fifteen minutes, so that the Enfolding Protection of the Elohim Hercules, Beloved Archangel Michael, the Lord of the First Ray, Beloved El Morya, and Beloved Micah clothe you round in the Fiery Blue Light of Protection. 

Blessed and faithful friends, please accept the Love and Gratitude which is overflowing from the well-spring of fly being, as I bless you all in the name of the Cosmic Source of all Life, and the entire Spiritual Hierarchy for the Service rendered in this God-Victorious Conference.
