Children of the Most High Living God, we have these many years brought to your attention the mighty Power of Invocation!
For what purpose?
That you should put that science into practice when the need presents itself, and specifically when conditions run rampant which upset the proper function of various services required for the well-being and peaceful existence of the inhabitants of this Planet.
At this hour there are many upheavals due to the fact that men and women are engaged in what you call 'strikes'. If the chelas can use a Unified Pattern of Service to correct such conditions, the Invocative Power will be more intensified. For this reason, we give you a DECREE on the following page, which, if used, can be of tremendous help in dissipating these vortices of inharmony.
Through the invested Power of Invocation, there is no limit to the intensity of God's ill which can be drawn forth, when a dedicated, harmonious and cooperative group of life-streams desire to bring forth the Perfection ordained for this Earth.
As the High Priest of Invocation, I call for the illumined use of our Instructions for the Beloved Chelas under the Banner of our Beloved Saint Germain!

Beloved God "I AM" in me and in all mankind: In the Name and Authority of the Mighty "I AM" Presence which beats each human heart. In the Name of the Beloved Goddess of Justice, Lady Portia, the Elohim Vista and Beloved Crystal and the Great White Brotherhood....
We, the Chelas of Beloved Saint Germain call (3x) for your assistance and the assistance of the Mighty "I AM" Presence of every human being that affected or is connected with the ________strike, all strikes or contemplated strikes in __________ (City or place)
We call to the Beloved "I AM" Presence of every Mediator, Union Official, strike agitator and striker and we command (3x)
Angels of the Violet Transmuting Fire Come (3x) and dissolve that strike (3x) and transmute all hateful greedy demands! Balance and Justice (3x) COME (3x) Take command of all fearful human creation in the minds and feelings of the people of Earth! Illumine their minds (3x) to the just and peaceful God Way of Life, Light and Love and the harmonious cooperation among the Children in the Schoolroom of Earth/ Now and forever!
