At the conclusion of the reading of Lord Gautama's Address, the presiding Buddha, Lord Divino gave the following Release: 

"Come, oh ye wayfarers on life’s path into the Heart of God Illumination and Pure Divine Love established so many centuries ago by Gautama Buddha, now our mighty Lord of the World. I refer to the momentum which he has built through the ages which qualified him for the exalted Office he now occupies as the High Potentate of the Spiritual Hierarchy for this Earth! 

Yes, the Love which is flowing forth from the children of Earth as this glorious Festival takes place in honor of Gautama is a magnificent offering to behold. You are aware that in his advanced Consciousness he specifically requested that the celebration recognize the Buddhic Consciousness. You see, the further one advances on the Path of Evolution, the more humble he becomes and desires to draw the attention of unascended lifestreams to the Consciousness which the achievement into the advanced God Estate represents, and not the individual Being who has made that progress. 

One's enjoyment in the Nirvanic State is always to pay homage to and expand the Divine Principle of Life. However, we of the Spiritual Hierarchy cannot permit ourselves to blissfully dwell in Elysian Fields, but are pledged to assist the evolutions of the various Planets to progress sufficiently so that when they and the Planets in the System are given the command to move into advanced orbits when Cosmic Changes take place, all will be ready. The Spiritual Hierarchy for the Earth has dedicated themselves to bringing forth Saint Germain's Permanent Golden Age of Freedom, and we shall ceaselessly serve for that fulfillment! 

With the turbulent conditions rampant on the Earth at this hour, it is truly gratifying to see the considerable number of mankind, in both the Eastern and Western Hemispheres, who are paying homage to the mighty Gautama during this twenty-four hour period. Piercing through the shroud of maya, we see the beautiful Light of earnest souls praying for Peace, and I assure you were it not for days like this when the mankind of Earth, the chelas in particular, turns their attention to the God Power, the cacophony expressing hereon would be of even greater proportions. 

The recent Celebration at Fatima, in honor of the Holy Mother, released a tremendous prayer force and Beloved Mary and her Legions of Light gathered up the tons of energy released and returned it to the Earth in the form of peaceful Radiation. At this very hour, as "I AM” speaking with you and the pilgrims are gathering in the Wesak Valley, the Angelic Host under the direction of the Elohim of Peace and Beloved Jesus, Prince of Peace, are utilizing that God Energy flowing from the prayerful 'pilgrims' all over the world. They are directing it to the Silent Watcher, Immaculate, who will qualify the energy with the Divine Plan for the Earth. She will release it to the Silent Watchers of the various countries all over the Globe. And each Silent Watcher will bathe the vehicles of those in her assigned locality with the God Illumination which is contained within the Precepts set forth by Beloved Gautama when he released these Noble Truths at the first recitation in the Wesak Valley. 

Each of you blessed ones who are participating in the Celebration, through the great pressure of Light, will receive more God Illumination in your waking hours, for all so saturated with the Divine Light will find manifestation of this Release in your beings and worlds. 

As the glorious Lunara sends her luminous Radiation upon the Earth, the atmosphere is peopled by the Doves and Angelic Beings of every Order, and the display of Light which results from their traveling around the Globe is glorious. The color of the Light emanating from their Beings is Pink, Gold and Blue, representing the Balancing Activity of the Immortal Victorious Three-Flame, in deference to the Law of Balance which Lord Gautama learned to be the Truth and which he exemplifies. 

A car, or a cart, cannot run smoothly if one wheel is out of line or larger than the others, and so it is with the vehicles of mankind. To function properly in the fulfillment of their Divine Plan, the lower vehicles must be balanced and in alignment with the Christ within. 

Before closing this dissertation, I send forth the Flame of Gratitude from my Heart to all the Exemplars of Truth who have given this world such a great heritage, untapped to a large degree, but the combined pressure of the Cosmic Light being released to the Earth will definitely result in thousands hereon reaching out and asking for God Illumination. Their souls are wearying, no matter what their age in terms of outer world reckoning, and the anguish, yes anguish and soul desire will enable them to dip their consciousness into the Reservoir of God Illumination and Truth which is o'er-flowing with the Holy Essence of God Perfection, which will eventually be the salvation of millions upon this Earth, and when I say 'salvation' I mean that finally, after the varied sojourns in the schoolroom of Earth experience, they will soon find they are at the portals of the Kingdom of Heaven. No matter how remote this may seem to your present understanding, the Etheric Pattern is being drawn into the Third Dimensional Plane, and God's Holy Light shall flow forth in added intensity to accomplish the Divine Plan for the recalcitrant of the Earth. 

Oh, hear my Prayer, Great Source of all Life, the Omnipotent, Omniscient First Cause, as I call forth thy God Illumination, through the Balanced Activity of Life upon the beloved chelas and all peoples upon this Planet for the ascending prayer force, love and devotion to the Cause of World Good, which is saving the Earth from dissolution.
