Harmony is the Keynote

Beloved Leto

Before we proceed further, I humbly call your attention to the Affirmation which you make which states: "Through the Harmony of my TRUE BEING, I create and externalize every minute an aura of perfect PEACE and HARMONY which acts as a natural conductor of God's Will to all life wherever "I AM". 

Now, please think that statement through if you wish your consciousness to be a natural conductor of the instruction which it is my privilege to give at this time, feel and enter into the PEACE and HARMONY of your True Being.. Pause for a moment and think of me, your Friend dwelling in the Octaves of Light, your Sister in God's Heart... and I shall enfold all your beings in the Peace and Harmony which pulsates in ever-expanding activity from the Heart of the Supreme Source. You see, my Friends, you cannot make a statement with the lips such as "I AM" the Harmony of my True Being" and then the next instant let your mind wander off to other places, picking up negative thoughts along the way! The Harmony of your True Being, when permitted to express in and through you, will bring forth all the Good your blessed and earnest hearts so desire. 

The hour has approached in Earth's evolution where we of the Spiritual Hierarchy are required to give you in plain and simple terms the way and means by which you may attain the Perfection necessary for you to act as our True Representatives… you, in whom we have invested so much of God's Energy through the years! 

Some of you may not be familiar with my name or Radiation, so let me assure you that we are well acquainted at Inner Levels and many of you serve with me while you are in your etheric garments at night, unencumbered by the density of the physical garment! 

I come specifically at this time because many of the chelas are thinking "if only I could remember what takes place at night while I am sleeping!" I shall be delighted to assist you to bring back the memory of some of your activities. Upon retiring, if you will first call to your own "I AM" Presence and then direct your attention to me and ask that you will retain the memory of your activities while you are out of the body at night, I shall give you every assistance permitted by Cosmic Law to make this possible! I do not indicate that this will take place immediately upon invocation, but remember the adage "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again". You must build a momentum and I assure you that I shall give you expanded assistance to enable you to remember in your waking consciousness some of that which has taken place! 

We believe that some of you will eagerly grasp this opportunity. You see we have to proceed gently and ease you into this activity, for while you are wearing a physical garment one must watch for the worm of spiritual pride which can enter and delay the progress of the most sincere chela. So be happy for the opportunity which is being presented to you and know that I shall protect you as you BELIEVE the Truth of the service which I am privileged to render your lifestreams. 

Many of you know that it is my expanded Service to train chelas to leave the body at will, while in the waking state, but at the moment it is God's Will that I assist you in the manner which I have presented to you today. 

Pulsating cells in God's Heart, remember that it is the emotional world of the chelas, and of all mankind, that we have to constantly bring to your attention. It is the FEELING WORLD that propels the mental concept into action. You have a tremendous opportunity this year through the added assistance of Holy Mother Mary who is so desirous of infiltrating your consciousness with the Immaculate Concept. In order that you may attain the Consciousness of All-Good you must not continually entertain thought patterns of a negative nature. While these patterns are energized by the whirling masses in the emotional consciousness, through natural law they will express in your beings and worlds and that of others, for there is no separateness in life. You draw to yourselves that which you tie into by your thoughts and feelings. 

Oh yes, "I AM" repeating a phase of the Law which you have heard time and time and time again; and until the chelas understand and accept the Truth which the Spiritual Hierarchy presents, the same Instruction will come to you again and again, perhaps not in the same terminology, for it is imperative that the Harmony of the "I AM" Presence express through you to bring fruitful manifestation of a constructive nature. Then will the chelas be given the various activities of the Spiritual Law which are on a higher spiral of consciousness. Beloved ones, when your mental vehicle continually asks for more Instruction, it should be proof to you that you have not learned the lessons which have already been presented to you. You have received sufficient Instruction to gain your full Freedom in the Light. THINK UPON THIS! 

If one is in harmony with his True Being, it is an elementary fact that one is in accord with the feeling of the "I AM" Presence. The Cosmos pulsates with celestial Harmony and when you call forth the Harmony of your True Being, a line of force ties you into the Harmony or consonance of God's Heart! If you think for more than a fleeting moment upon that fact, a sensible individual would desire to make Harmony his constant state of being. It is only through the pulsating momentums of a negative nature which have been built in your lower garments that you do not express the Harmony of your True Being. You know that Truth in your mental consciousness; please accept it in your feeling nature. 

Listen attentively while I make the positive statement, intending no offense to anyone, for it is only the human consciousness which bristles when the Truth is presented... we bring Truth, and Truth always wears a Mantle of God's Love! Truth IS Love! 

You have all reached the point on the Spiritual Path where you can have freedom from discord IMMEDIATELY! Yes, RIGHT NOW! As you invoke the glorious Purity of the Fourth Ray and all the Beings serving on that Ray, as well as the activities of the other Rays of Transmutation, those Beings and their Activities so invoked MUST RESPOND! It is Cosmic Law! 

With all the conviction at my command, I counsel you to get after the remaining causes and cores of imperfection in your own lower bodies and in those of all mankind, and be FREE IN THE LIGHT to serve the Spiritual Cause of Freedom as the Cosmic Beings and Ascended Masters do! 

Call to any of us to whom you have a specific affinity and after invoking your own God Presence, ask us to blaze the Flame of Harmony through your four lower vehicles. You must desire something or it will not manifest, for the feeling world fills the moulds which you present to it. 

Raise the cup of your consciousness On High and let the Pure Essence of Spirit flow to and through you at all times.
