Summer Conference

Beloved Serapis Bey

Blessed art thou, Oh Chelas of Light, for your presence with us during this important Conference and the first thing I wish to tell you is that as One of the Sponsors for this year, "I AM" extremely grateful for your Love and willing assistance in our endeavors to bring about the externalization of the Thought Form for this year! (Please be seated). 

I blaze and blaze the Ascension Flame through your beings this morning to raise the vibratory action of your garments, as my Gift to you! This higher vibratory action can be sustained by you. There is no reason why it should be lowered, for your consciousness has greatly expanded during the first six months of this year. 

You will remember that a while back I referred to you as "My fellow-musicians." It is gratifying for a Teacher to be able to say that your instruments are in quite good tune. You have noted that the Pattern for this Conference is Harmony - that blessed Virtue so required for all the evolutions of this Earth. The Angelic Host keep their Beings in perfect tune at all times to be participants in the Harmony of the Spheres - you, too, should now be able to do this with relatively little effort, for your lower vehicles are in a much more purified condition than they were two years ago - even in the last twelve months. The credit for this goes entirely to each of you, for you have been responsive to the Instruction of the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

You are mindful of the discordant conditions manifesting on the Earth and you are making application for the removal of the chaos, and as you do so your own garments are becoming more peaceful, and the more Peace and Harmony and Divine Love which you send forth, the greater the Light of the world. The time is not too far off when the Edict of the Cosmic Law for Perfection, and Perfection only, to manifest on the Planet will take effect.

I humbly counsel you to be in a State of Grace at all times so that no matter where you are at the time of Planetary Change, you will be protected by the Harmony of your own being... for a Focus of Peace will attract more of its kind, carrying out the oft-repeated statement that "like attracts like". Through the years we have said that Truth never changes, only as your consciousness expands do you learn more of Truth in its many facets. 

Consider the great Gautama in his final embodiment on Earth - he was not satisfied with the early stages of Truth into which he delved, but kept ever expanding his consciousness until he reached the Ultimate. You will one day know that as you further taste the Elixir of Truth that its Holy Essence will raise your consciousness and you, too, will go deeper and deeper into the Heart of Creation. 

I come today to commend you for your service for the first half of this year, and in that commendation is the Driving Power of my Love for God, that you do not become lax in your efforts for a single moment. You have been told for many years that the Earth will move into the orbit of Uranus and with the precision which must be manifest for this activity of Light, Harmony is of the essence. 

You have seen pictures on your Television Screens of the Space Engineers at the instruments of precision to the minutest detail, and the disaster which was averted because of the alert attitude of the Astronauts and the Space Engineers on the ground. This was a tremendous feat performed by harmonious, knowledgeable teamwork. Be assured that the activity of putting man into orbit is an elementary performance compared with the scientific precision of moving a Planet into another orbit. 

Our mighty Hilarion is engaged with many Cosmic Engineers in tremendous calculation so that this change can take place without too much devastation. The reason that we continually counsel you to be in a State of Grace, of Harmony, is that we DEPEND upon the chelas who have received our loving instruction through the years to be Radiating Centers of that Harmony and thus be able to cooperate in this action of holding the balance... Each of you is an important instrument which should be in tune at all times with the "Cosmic Computer" by being the Christ in action at all times! Set aside the thoughts and feelings of the lower self and realize the importance of the hour and allow the Christ Self full sway in all your actions! 

With all the determination and love of my Being, I tell you that Harmony is essential and you are responsible to the Cosmic Law for the qualification of God's Energy which flows so freely through you. Remember you must give a balance for all you have received through the years and you must be ever alert to the promptings which we give you! Do not fill your consciousness with mental accretion, I implore you - that is a very greedy activity of the mental vehicle. Those who hear my words today, and those who will read them are admonished to read and re-read the Instruction which we have given you to "set your house in order" by following the counsel so lovingly given. I repeat - the man, woman or child who is in a state of Harmony has nothing to fear about the much publicized planetary changes. He who is in a State of Grace is held in the everlasting arms of his own "I AM" Presence, that Presence which is in tune, or AT ONE with the Cosmic "I AM" Presence. So trust in our advice and know that I would not, or could not, make this statement if it were not so! 

Now, in a lighter vein, I believe you would be interested in knowing something of my Focus in the Complex of Light over Washington, D.C. 

Come with me in consciousness and we shall give you a Guided Tour... the entrance door is of handsome simplicity. It is white with panels outlined in gold - not what you would term "gold leaf" but pure gold, a condensation of Light from Heaven's Realms. 

We who have had mostly Egyptian and Grecian embodiments prefer height in our rooms, so I will tell you that each section is relatively higher than your two-storied dwellings. As the Seraphic attendant opens the door for us, we find ourselves in a beautiful foyer and in various recesses in the walls are marble statues of many Cosmic and Ascended Beings. As we turn our attention to them, we see the Light which each Being has focused in these Representations begin to pulsate as we are given the Benediction of their Beings. 

We enter a door on the right which is automatically opened by the electronic beam of my attention and we see a pleasingly furnished room where I have a handsome desk and suitable accouterments in order that there will be a feeling of welcome and not of austerity. Here those lifestreams on Earth, of all religious beliefs, who are consciously serving with us, the Hierarchy, and are cooperating with us to the fulfillment of God's Divine Plan, are brought into my Presence for consultation. In my absence on other Cosmic Service one of my Lieutenants presides. However, as a Sponsor this year, I am quite frequently in this Washington Focus or in Conference with the Beloved Gautama at Shamballa. Here, too, I summon the chelas for special instruction - some of a disciplinary nature - and some otherwise. 

We again enter the foyer and as we do, we notice there are several seats which one sees are of early Egyptian decor, with rounded end pieces but no back rests. To the left is a room of similar size to the one on the right, which is my Personal domain where only those who come at my personal summons are permitted to enter. Assuredly, it is furnished in a dignified yet not in a forbidding manner. White and gold furniture is the theme but the lighting effect which permeates the room is of a delicate pink tone, for wherever I am, I always radiate the Essence of Pure Divine Love. 

One notices an exquisite fragrance in this room for there is a Fountain of Light at one end, and the Angels in attendance fill it daily, at my request, with the Essence I believe will be most pleasing to my guests and to myself! This is in a manner like incense, but there is no smoky substance, as you would term it, but living, fragrant "waters of Light"! 

Now, beloved ones, please do not crowd the door, for entrance is given only at my invitation. We shall not go into this room. I have merely described it for your pleasure. 

Did I state that the foyer was round? Well, I should have, and we shall now proceed to the section directly opposite the main entrance. Within this room is a concentrated Focus of the Ascension Flame... as the door opens you will see two Seraphic Beings and as we enter the outermost part of the room, they place a Mantle of White Light about you to protect your etheric garments - that is on the occasions when you come here in your etheric vehicle. Today you are being given a preview through the medium of your consciousness. At the end of this room, facing the entrance, is what looks like a Pyramid of Alabaster and at the Apex, one can see the Ascension Flame burning. There are no chairs in this room, merely cushions upon which one may kneel for a Benediction - no chela or individual unascended can remain in this room for any lengthy period for their vehicles could not stand the intensity of the Radiation of the Ascension Flame. This Pyramid is encircled by Golden Light with an outer rim of Blue Flame which protects the vehicles of the visitants while here. 

There are several Focuses of the Ascension Flame in the United States but one of great intensity is required over the Seat of Government of this Country since it is the Heart Center for the Planet. Some Member of the Luxor Brotherhood is always in attendance in this Etheric Focus sending Light Rays into the various Governmental Agencies and into the very substance of the Earth itself. 

We shall now return our consciousness to Long Island where I am speaking. While we have been taking this little tour, the Angels of the Ascension Flame have been giving your vehicles a glorious treatment of the Purity and Love of the Fourth Ray and you should be able to maintain the higher vibratory action which you are presently feeling and expand it, as you travel on your forward path into Greater Light!
