List thou to me, Zarathustra, a Cosmic Messenger from the Heart of God, for I represent the Spirit of the Fire Element to this Earth! 

Please be seated! 

It has been my great honor to come to Earth with the glorious Alpha and Omega, as a Member of the Court which formed their escort from the Central Sun. Let not the statement of 'the Sun behind the Sun' which is used frequently pass lightly from your lips! All of the Suns of this System are under the direction of these mighty Beings. 

Some chelas have asked for the meaning of 'behind the Sun'. This, of course, refers not to physical or visible position as the finite mind might think. It is the Reservoir of Light from which all the Suns in this System draw their Energy. 

You know that all Light is within the Flaming Presence of God within your heart, true, but as the consciousness of each individualized Flame expands, it is easier for the lower consciousness to rise to greater heights for then the consciousness is not abiding within the gross garments and they serve their true purpose of providing an avenue through which the Light of the Supreme Source may flow to enrich the evolutions of this Earth. 

You will remember that Lord Gautama has said that while in a physical garment he rose from sphere to sphere, for he felt that within the Cosmic Consciousness there was more God Illumination as expansion of his Understanding took place. Thus he went onward and onward into the greater Light. Again, we are using physical terms to illustrate a point. Remember all Light, all Life, is within the Flaming Presence of the Sacred Fire within you - it is merely the raising of the vibratory action of the lower vehicles by surrendering to the Christ within and functioning as was ordained for them before they fell from Grace, or used their free will to descend into the human consciousness. All Light is within the Flaming Presence of God within your heart and yours to enjoy and expand for the widening of the Borders of the Kingdom of Heaven. 

In Truth, there is no time, no space, only the Eternal NOW in its fullness in the Heart of God! Each individualized Flame is a Cell in the Body of the Supreme Source, and that Fountain of Light - that Flaming Presence - expands its brilliance according to the individual's capacity to enter the Cosmic Heart of God. 

In the period known as Day, you can see the Light of the Sun, and then there is a transition period into Night. Day is heralded by the birds and other Nature creatures as they awaken to the rhythm of Nature. Then at 'even fall' they sing an anthem of Gratitude for the active period known as Day and the approaching blessing of rest, as the Stars in the sky bring their Light, and the luminosity of beautiful Lunara, whose body is clothed round with the substance of the Moon, bathes the Earth with her mellow glow. As these expressions of the Nature Kingdom take their period of rest to refuel themselves for the ensuing period of service, others of a nocturnal nature are awakening. Light is always in motion, there is an ebb and flow of Life as demonstrated by the tide. 

When there is Day in one part of the Planet, Night prevails in another like unto the Inbreath and Outbreath of the Almighty! In those periods which are outpictured as a cloudy day when the Sun does not appear to shine, the Sun is there in all its brilliance, but the density of man's radiation has drawn a veil between the Earth and the Light of the Sun - this is akin to the Light of the soul, clouded round by human effluvia. 

This is a very detailed activity, for all of the Elements - Fire, Air, Water and Earth (the Salamanders, Sylphs, Undines and Gnomes) must render their service for the sustenance of the Planet and its inhabitants. 

What is more refreshing than a gentle rain? It is Nature's, or God's Way of quenching the thirst of the plant life and providing man with the element of water, and remember that tremendous substance composes the emotional world of man. 

Consider the combined service of Water and Sun. At a given moment the rain falling before the Sun produces a rainbow, and we have an activity which shows fire, air and water serving together to produce a momentary visual example of the Beauty of expression of the Father-Mother God. 

Now, when the chela's consciousness has risen above the human into the Cosmic Consciousness, he witnesses the Perfection of the Supreme Source at all times, and when he comes to the 'other Shore' and dwells for all Eternity in the Freedom of the Light, he has the choice of Service - he may enter the state known to many as Nirvana, which is one of ever-increasing Love, Beauty and Harmony, and the Celestial Joys are manifold as the Consciousness expands to embrace the Cosmos. 

Then there is the sacrifice of Love where dedicated Beings such as the Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy who lovingly volunteer to blend their energies toward the redemption of a Planet and its evolutions. These Beings are prisoners of Love, for they could go onward and upward to the Planets to which they, belong to render expanded service according to the individual choice or momentums in their Causal Bodies! 

All is Love and Happiness in God's Great Heart, and free will in Heaven's Realms always engenders a buoyant and ecstatic feeling. Each one who volunteers as a Member to serve with less evolved beings is a dedicated Teacher, and his Love embraces that service here on Earth. The pupils under his tutelage expand their consciousness, even as is done in Celestial Realms. To live continuously in the Harmony of the Universe is created by the blending of the various tones with their gradations which form the Cosmic Consciousness. It is this state of being into which the Spiritual Hierarchy direct their energies so that all mankind may abide in the Heart of the One! 

O, Spirits of Fire come into the Heart of God and partake of the Elixir which is the Pure Essence of Divine Love. 

I, Zarathustra, blazing the Fire Element of the Almighty, have expressly come today to gather up as much of the effluvia of the Earth into the Sacred Fire of my Being, as the outer consciousness of man will permit, to prepare the way for the magnificent Omega who will speak to you tomorrow. I, a Messenger of the Most High, have the privilege of offering you a boon of tremendous magnitude, for proceeding from this Focus today the Angelic Legions are carrying the fiery substance of Transmutation in, through and around the Earth - purifying it everywhere they move, and as I say everywhere, I refer also to the evolutions within or beneath the visible substance upon which you are permitted to stand. 

The glorious Light of the mighty Pelleur, Neptune and Thor, and their Legions are joining with me to affect this purification. We know that the Domain of Pelleur is pure and perfect, but there are many strata of substance between the center of the Earth and its outer surface. What think you has caused the gas belts in the Earth which could blow the Planet to bits were it not for the controlled attention of Beings of Higher Consciousness: Much effluvia exists or dwells between the center of the Earth and its outer surface. At Yellowstone and other places on the Earth you have witnessed the power of gases within the earth substance, and it is the Mercy of God that these 'vents' exist where steam may belch forth and relieve the pressure. You are also aware that there are many pathways of Light beneath the surface of the Earth, and at certain points, mighty Rays are anchored to stabilize this Planet. 

Great Beings dwell within the Earth, in the Body of Virgo, just as they do on the landed surface - in the Himalayas, in the Tetons, and you will remember the Secret Valley to which Saint Germain has referred, and in many other locations, just as they do in the ethers. 

Be cognizant always that the Beings of the Elements require LOVE I am referring to the components of Fire, Air, Water and Earth. The cooperative service of the chelas with the Sponsors which was rendered last year (1971) was beyond our fondest expectations and was a contributing factor to the predominant presence of the Fire Element during this Conference. As you give greater Love to the Fire Element, the Love, Wisdom and Power of God, and let the Golden Man shine forth, you shall become a Sun. That Sun, the Christ Self, has always dwelt within you, but has been clouded round these many centuries by human creation - but is emerging now as your consciousness expands and you lovingly release the energy flowing through you to free this dear Earth and her evolutions from the impure garments she has been forced to wear. 

I counsel you to contemplate the presence of the Members of the Karmic Council at this Conference. This is a definite indication that tremendous Plans are about to be considered which will involve you and all of Life. These Edicts will be based upon your acceptance of the blessings which are being lavishly released, and your decision and heart desire to place your ALL on the Altar of Love! 

Permit me now to take you deep within the Heart of my Being. Come into the White Fire which is the Innermost Sanctum of God, and let that Element saturate your consciousness, and as it so does, the Angels of Purity will attend your lower vehicles and wash them free of the excrement of the ages. O, Spirits of Fire do grasp thou this unprecedented and sacred opportunity and walk through the door which can only be opened from within - and come forth as the Messengers of the Most High Living God - your Father-Mother and mine. 

In humble obeisance, I salute the Sacred Fire which is God's Heart - and that Pulsating Cell which you represent shall become a manifest Expression of Pure Divine all-embracing Loves

"The Sacred Fire is the Creative Energy of Life molded consciously and unconsciously into form by thought and feeling processes of individual lifestreams. It is as simple as that. The use of the Sacred Fire must be intensely directed into all imperfect causes, known and unknown, until the human consciousness is swept clean of every rate of vibration not in accord with the Divine Plan. He who is strong enough, determined enough and persistent enough to do this will soon find any uncomfortable effects in his appearance world disappearing."
