Children of the Universe, I salute the Flame of Immortality within your hearts! It is my honor to tell you that Beloved Lord Divino is in the Forcefield over this Sanctuary today, he is ensouling you in the Flame of God Illumination, to assist you to enter into the Cosmic Christ Consciousness and there abide, not spasmodically - but always! Be seated please.

In my greeting I have referred to you as the Children of the Universe, and rightly so, for you have all advanced beyond your personal orbit, and now realize that your Mission on the Earth is to serve with the Spiritual Hierarchy in bringing Perfection to this Earth and to assist in restoring her to the Plan which is held within the Heart of the mighty Silent Watcher Immaculata.

Knowing that Beloved Lord Divino's theme song is - "Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life" - I would like to state when one can really enter into the deep vibration and truly get the feeling of that melody, he begins to understand that through God Illumination, which flows so freely from the Hearts of all who serve on the Second Ray, he finds the meaning of the 'Sweet Mystery', and as he goes further into the melody, "at last I have found you" this really refers to the Golden Man or the Christ within.

Each man has a God Gift, and it is his responsibility to release that Blessing for the benefaction of all Life. He is expected to be the Christ in Action at all times when he has received Instruction and been under the guidance of the Spiritual Hierarchy. When he has learned of and found his Divinity within, he is expected to give a balance to Life, and to consciously serve with the Hierarchy.

I commend you, each blessed one, and all of the chelas who are under our Radiation for the advancement which you have made the first six months of this year. I am pleased to say that you have cooperated with the Sponsors of the Year in a most commendable manner. However, the Cosmic Hour is upon us and one cannot rest on his laurels - it is the Fiat of the Cosmic Law that all chelas must release a balance to Life commensurate with that which has been given to him by the Gods!

You have read many times about the 'Lords of the Flame’, and have thought of and envisioned the magnificent Beings in Heaven's Realms! Fine! You have all entered and enjoyed the Cosmic Consciousness at times, and should now realize that you are each ‘a Lord of the Flame' a designation which you have all earned through purification of your lower vehicles and through assistance given you from your Brothers and Sisters in the Inner Realms.

I am not referring to anyone individually, but I am making a general statement when I say that this Law is not given just for one to meditate upon and enjoy the experiences of journeys in consciousness to the Inner Realms. The time of Action is at hand. The action of assisting the evolutions of this Universe to fulfill the Divine Plan of the Cosmos! Mark well my words!

Year after year you have heard us say that the restoration of the Planet is taking place. This responsibility does not rest entirely upon the shoulders of the Spiritual Hierarchy - that transfiguration must come about through the redemption of those yet abiding upon the Earth.

You know that when the Space Centers are ready for launching of a craft, every component must be in alignment and in readiness, else there would be a malfunction when the 'GO' Signal is given. No man knows to the hour or the day when the Supreme Source will issue an Edict of Cosmic proportions which will be the equivalent of the command 'GO'!

As aforesaid - I am stating the Spiritual Law, since it is my responsibility as a World Teacher to do so, and my privilege, and those who have eyes to see and ears to hear will accept the fact that they are serving in the world of form - but should not be ‘of it'. The indulgence in the pleasures of the senses must be replaced with the positive dedication to God's Service!

The Scroll of Obedience to the Law is being unfurled, and contemplation will reveal to you that your name is emblazoned thereon in letters of Living Light! Who placed your name there? Your own God Self! What you write thereon is an entry on your Book of Life, and I humbly pray that the constructive side will show a tremendous expansion of your Causal Body by the deeds well done in the name of the Father-Mother God!

You may think that I am lecturing to you, indeed I am! It is the way of a Teacher to place facts before his pupils, and I am assiduously serving with Lord Lanto to help you expand your consciousness so that you will be truly chelas upon whom we may depend... at all times!

As you will note, this is the first Conference where we have delegated members of the younger generation to be the Directors of the day. This brings great Joy to our Hearts, for it is the outpicturing of the statement that we have given many times - that those Leaders who have served long and well must have understudies to continue the service which they have willingly given through the years.

Remember I am a Lord of the Flame, and while I have come to you today to present certain Spiritual Truths, and be assured that while I do issue these statements in a determined and firm tone, I am also a LORD OF LOVE! LOVE protects, LOVE guides, and LOVE presents TRUTH!

We have waited a number of years for the expansion of the youth groups, and at last we are witnessing that Inner Vision take place! Let me again counsel you… the majority of you are well versed in the Law, and you are receiving instruction nightly at Inner Levels as well as on this physical plane. You can and should expand your Groups without further ado! Yes, I too, personally tarried by the way and looked for the Truth of Life within a small flower, and I gained much illumination thereby, but the time came when I was required to put that Truth into action.

You, my beloved ones, have admired the flower of your Divinity, and that is good - BUT the hour is at hand when you are required to be the Christ in Action, and to bring others into the fold! Your own Holy Christ Self does not just dwell within you and meditate and enjoy the Consciousness which is its birthright - that Golden Man within you is pressing and pressing its Light through your consciousness, praying that you will open the door for the Gifts of the "I AM" Presence to flow, to enrich all Life.

Remember the factor of man's free will, and I admonish you - to set aside the desires of the human - in doing that which pleases you. The Law is given to you - not just for your personal illumination and enjoyment in sojourns in consciousness to the Inner Realms - but for the benefaction of all Life!

I will temper the power of the foregoing in saying that all of the chelas, not only the Youth - are endeavoring to bend the knee to the Christ, and widening the borders of the Kingdom of Heaven through the constructive qualification of the Holy Energy of God.

Would that you could know the great Joy which is within my Heart that you have brought the little children to Shamballa! I am deeply impressed that you have realized it is the little ones who will be the Teachers of the New Age!

O, help the inner vision which I have held all through the years, and bring forth a school for the young on Long Island! That pulsating God Desire is being lowered - it is coming closer to the Earth daily, and when it shall manifest is up to you!

There are members among the present youth groups who are being trained for this specific Service, and there are many in the other age brackets who have the wherewithal to help bring this into manifestation. You are learning that your 'gentle' Kuthumi is a very determined man, and when I know that a Project is possible of accomplishment, I do not waste words in giving flowery statements just to please your consciousness. I mean business - God's Business. How many of you would like to have a share in this enterprise to provide a school of the proven arts? We shall see!

From your Program for this Conference you have noticed that Beloved Mother Mary will speak tomorrow. In her great humility she has asked me if she might place her Luminous Presence over the Quarters where the little children are having their Classes. Of course we are honored by her request. Her Love is so great for all the children of Earth, but those who have recently left the Inner Realms to come to Earth are indeed closely watched over and given the care of a loving mother, who remembers the preparation which each received in the Sacred Heart Temples, and how the special electrons were selected which would be of the most benefit during this pilgrimage upon Earth. Each and every blessed one who is at these Meetings will receive extraordinary assistance.

There is one important note which I would like to add here. A heart plea has come from more than one parent that they would like their child or children to be in the Main Sanctuary during the Meetings in order to receive the full benefit of the Radiation... Please be at Peace, expand your consciousness and understand that all who are on these Holy Grounds will receive the Radiation no matter in what building they are present.

Please rest in the Wisdom of the Gods! Of course, each dear one is special to you, and you wish them to have every blessing possible, I am speaking directly to those whose children are in attendance... they will receive a concentrated Radiation in our little "school" which will give them the particular assistance they may require to unfold their consciousness, and quickly. All these little ones are in the 'special' category, and do you not think the Hierarchy in their Loving Wisdom are assigning them to a particular area for a specific reason?

What greater Blessing could they have than the enfolding Presence of the beautiful mother who guided the Master Jesus to the successful accomplishment of his Mission! There is no place on this Earth they could be that would be more beneficial to their unfoldment than in the Holy Aura of Mother Mary!

Go know that they, and you, are privileged to have them under the Guidance of Instructors who have been trained at Inner Levels for this particular Service. Abide in the Wisdom of the Gods!

I now must add that I eagerly anticipate the pleasure of attending the Youth Group Presentation on Thursday afternoon, which I know will be a spiritually rewarding one for all of us.

I shall now draw this release to a conclusion. Let us all direct our attention to the Beloved Lord Divino - the Buddha, who is in the Forcefield over this Sanctuary with his Legions of Angels of God Illumination, and as I raise my hand in Benediction, they will intensify the Flame of God Illumination in, through and around you, and will go to each dear chela tuning in to these Meetings, and to all Life on this Planet who will be enriched by their having passed their way!

I, Kuthumi, enfold you in the Flame of God Illumination, and I shall now repair to the little schoolroom where I shall personally anoint each one there assembled with the particular Gift each requires, so that they will come to 'flower' quickly... they will recognize me in their Hearts, for they are with me nightly.
