Beloved Holy Spirit
As we come to the close of the twelve-month cycle, all of those who represent the Spiritual Hierarchy are gathered at Shamballa, and here we celebrate a cosmic Thanksgiving in which every one of the Brothers is a participant.
It is a marvelous opportunity to release the concentrated blessings of Life upon each and every one who has served and increased the Comfort of the Universe during that period.
The great Audience Chamber is open for this Festivity, and the evening before your national holiday and for four days and four nights there-after, there is a constant outpouring of blessing and benediction upon every electron, elemental, animal, human, Angelic, Devic, Ascended Master and Cosmic Being, who have consciously or unconsciously contributed to the forward progress of the race.
It is a beautiful Sight to see the various kingdoms gathered to receive the honor and blessing of the Sun of our System through its Representative, in conscious gratitude for life well spent. Also to this great Feast of Thanksgiving certain members of the human race are invited and given the honor and recognition which they have earned through meritorious service in the world of form. There is no lifestream who has given "even a cup of cold water" in the Name of the Presence of God but is acknowledged and blessed therefore, and such is the memory of the Perfected Beings that no electron is slighted or overlooked in this time of Thanksgiving.

If you will rise on the tide of the Flame of Thanksgiving, which is a rhythmic pulsation from Shamballa, directed by * (mouse over asterisk) Beloved Sanat Kumara, the Chohans of the Rays, the Cosmic Beings in charge of the Forces of the Elements, the Great Archangels and Devic Lords into their Kingdoms, you will find an acceleration of your own life wave which can become a permanent blessing and conductor of their constructive energies into your world and activities.
This Flame of Thanksgiving has gone forth rhythmically since the day when the thirty Beings knelt before the Coming of their Lord, and it has built in power as each lifestream became aware of the benefits which have poured through it, for the most part without recognition, for centuries. It is only the outer self that is not alert enough to realize the measure of Thanksgiving which they owe the Universe, even by reason of the sustenance of a physical body alone; and the further the lifestream proceeds on the Pathway to the Heart of God, the more each one finds what there is to be thankful for. Humanity, on the lower rungs of the ladder of evolution, is not even aware that there is a Spiritual Hierarchy, so Thanksgiving to these Beings is not a ceremony of the heart. But, when we enter the Ascended Master consciousness and see the workings of the Inner Law and the tremendous assistance of the Elemental Kingdom, the Angelic Host, as well as the Brotherhood, we realize more fully our indebtedness to Life. For myself; I am told, that in those Realms to which my Consciousness has not yet ascended, the intricacies of the Blessings of which we in this Universe are the recipients, and of whose source we are wholly unconscious, is unbelievable! So, the higher we go, the more grateful we are and the more humble we get before that Power which is our Life.

The daily Balance of constructive Consciousness can be maintained only through constant vigilance, steady application, and ceaseless service.
"Balance of Consciousness" is that point where the outer and inner become one, where the chela is on constant communion with the Holy Christ Self, while in perfect control of the outer self and all its constructive activities. Such a student uses the personality always as an instrument of Divine Will. (which is always good)
Certain dedicated spirits, from the beginning of time, have been instruments who have embodied so that the Spirit of God was and is enabled to pierce through all the materialistic vibration created by the bound. These blessed souls were and are aware of and use the great power of invocation of the power of God on the Earth, and this has been done by the invocation of our faithful chelas.
The slumbering hearts of the masses of humanity are being awakened and the Spiritual Grace within this Sacred Fire infuses their starved souls thus enabling them to throw off the lethargy of the ages - and awaken to the power of the Holy Christ Self.
Each chela, vested with the power of invocation, must learn the true sacredness of his trust, and the Substance of Grace released through the invocation has to be recognized and reverenced. No chela should minimize the Grace of God so invoked. The invocation brings the response from a Power apart from the individual sending forth the call, and the return of the Substance of Light must be reverenced and accepted consciously by those who are a part of this Sacred Ceremony.
Many of my faithful chelas, I notice, are achieving this Balance of consciousness and they are among the most valuable outposts of the Ascended Masters connected with active interpretation of God's Will on the Planet Earth.
The more evolved the personal self, the higher is the one's "I AM" Presence in the Octave of Perfection, and by reason thereof, does it draw more of the Substance of the Higher Levels through the Electronic Light into the Holy Christ Self within the human heart.
When the beings of Light in the Great Silence pour forth their Substance in response to an invocation by a sincere chela, it enters the Lower Heavens, and then the people of Earth absorb it.
This explanation, dear ones, will help to show you your own capacity, even in the privacy of your own homes, to make the calls for the nourishment of the souls of humanity everywhere.

To bring release from form into the realms of consciousness and in to the realization of your oneness with the Great and Universal Cosmic Consciousness in which all humankind lives and moves is the true purpose of our teaching. While humanity looks at the Universe from his particular spark of consciousness he is bound, but when he rises and expands and begins to feel the Universal Consciousness blending with his own, and his consciousness becoming immersed in this selfless sphere, he has experienced the first state of freedom which will be his natural estate at the close of his Earth embodiment.
When one has found the door into this Universal Sea of Selflessness, in which is more life, more Vitality and more lightness one can no longer remain a prisoner of the flesh. By meditation on your oneness with All Light, Peace and Strength the capacity to enter and return from this Realm of Heaven will become as natural for you as it is to enter one room from another. As you have been told, this Higher Sphere of Consciousness is the Realm of Causation where ideas are given body and bodies lowered into form.
At the present hour, through Mercy, we have drawn from the Cosmic Law the authority to bring into the atmosphere of Earth special Devas charged with the qualities of stability, security and peace which they will anchor into the feelings of the people thus negating the fear which is gripping the majority of humankind. These Protective, Invisible Beings are blanketing the Earth in a vibration corresponding to their own.
These Cosmic Messengers are like unto the wind and the rain, impersonal, but are absolutely obedient to the Law of Balance and Harmony.
This is why their present intercession is the part of wisdom that both humankind and they become acquainted with each other’s vibratory action. Your consciousness of their Presence in the Earth's atmosphere, and your gratitude sent towards these exquisite Ones will be seen and acknowledged by them.

The great Cosmic Rivers of Power which pass from the Bodies, the Hearts and the Consciousness of the Divine Beings who govern the Universe are free of access to any individual who makes the determined and one pointed endeavor to maintain the conscious control of his or her own energy no matter what the pressure of suggestion from the outer world should be.
The bold chela desiring to experiment with the use of the cosmic currents of opulence, of health, and especially the peace, who will set the thermostat of his or her own feeling nature into an emanation of the Cosmic Quality towards which such a chela aspires, and who can, hold the vibratory action of his individual self upon that positive current, will not only find the proof in his own experience, but will become a facet for the dispensing of the blessing of the Cosmic Currents into the less powerful consciousness of those with whom he is serving and then for the race.
Metaphysical channels have long voiced a Truth in the statement that optimism is a powerful magnet of attraction , for, as you have been told anticipation of good becomes an active force to draw the Universal Substance into manifestation around a constructive pattern and bring it forth for the blessing of all life.
The outer world uses various expressions of the phrase "success begets success". This is logical, because the vibratory action emitted from the individual who is successful in any line of endeavor is filled with a positive assurance.
That vibration passes through him and raises the consciousness of others into the corresponding Cosmic Radiation of success and well-being.
Those of the Christian Church who followed the Beloved Ascended Master Jesus' example and healed in the name of the Christ were those who raised their vibratory action into that of their Master when through great personal endeavor of self-control their vibration corresponded with the vibration of their Master, his nature could connect with their own through affinity of vibration and healing would be accomplished.
So, beloved ones, we require you, each one, today to be the outpost of Peace in this troubled and strife-ridden Planet. Be faithful in holding true to your connection with our Realm. For your steadfast endeavor I bless you and the Ascended Master Saint Germain also blesses you.
