Good morning, my dear friends, I am Djwal Khul, Hierarch of the Temple of the Royal Tetons, and it is my pleasure to be with you this morning. Would you kindly be seated.

Since assuming the Office of Hierarch of the Tetons and the Temple of the Great White Brotherhood, I have not often left that Temple, but I am here today with you, the entire day, to help you become more aware of my Radiation and my service, and for me to become more aware of your radiation and your service. So we shall reciprocate today.

It has been my privilege to serve through the years in assisting those Masters who have been the forefront of the thrust of Illumination, Power, and Love into the world of humanity. For many centuries this meant assisting in the Eastern Hemisphere, but with the advent of this century and the work of Beloved Saint Germain, Beloved Lord Kuthumi and Beloved El Morya, I was able to assist them in their work of the thrust of illumination into the Western Hemisphere.

Firstly though, please allow me to express my gratitude and love for officially being associated now with this Activity... it is through the gracious blessing of Beloved Lord Kuthumi that I am with you this morning in his schoolroom. Also in my office as World Teacher I feel so strongly about my service to our Beloved Lord and King Saint Germain.

It was through works well done in The Bridge to Freedom that his true expression of Spiritual Freedom come to fruition in the form of this church at present. And I shall tell you that in my service as World Teacher I am dedicating every fiber of my being to see that his radiation, his keynote, his Being of Spiritual Freedom finds roots in every expression, every avenue of life.

I consider myself a rather pragmatic Master, I simply want to be useful to my superiors. In that regard I was somewhat surprised when my illustrious guru Lord Gautama approached me with the idea of applying for the position of World Teacher. He also said that he would sponsor this application to the Hierarchy and to the Karmic Board. HOW could I not get the position?

You see, at a time when my agreement with the Masters, particularly Kuthumi and Lord El Morya, that I would watch over the 'Eastern Flank' as it were, was coming to an end I was replaced in that service by the opening of the illustrious Retreat of Lady Soo Chee and Lord Confucius. I was released from my position of watching over the Eastern initiates of various ranks on various paths, (I had become known as possibly being the Abbot of Lhasa) and I accepted the position of World Teacher along with the Hierarch of the Teton Retreat under the graceful and watching eye of the patriarch there, Beloved Lord Lanto.

I did so under the premise that I would simply be more useful, with more leverage in my service to life, working with my superiors and fulfilling the dream of Spiritual Freedom on this planet of Beloved Saint Germain.

When I gaze upon the Thought Form of Beloved Saint Germain's whole picture of his New Age, and more specifically of the activity of this, his church, I see a beautiful Star or Sunburst. At the center is the source of Love and Freedom.

Going out from that source are light rays in all directions. As the light rays go out from the source, which is SHAMBALLA, which is always the source of this church, the ray of light becomes more and more specific in its service to life.

Therefore, coming from the source will be the guidance and the fount of Love, Illumination, Power and Spiritual Freedom... and as it goes out further from the source it will become more and more specific in its service in all avenues of expression, in all walks of life. This church will have its effect... in all areas that come under the work of the World Teachers.

For as you have been told this Activity really is a way of life, a way of BE-ING. And we who guide this Activity are now more interested in expressing this work through the various activities of the outer world. But slowly... for we first build a tremendous pressure of radiation from the Inner, and it finally manifests upon the outer. We are in the early work of manifesting upon the outer.

But please be grateful for the tremendous heritage of the thrust of illumination and wisdom that has come into the Western Hemisphere before this activity, for only because it has taken place will this Activity come to full fruition.

Before I leave you this morning I look forward to seeing each of you this evening at the Tetons for our tremendous ceremonial service, as you say 'Ringing out the Old and Ringing in the New! It shall be tied in with your service here at Shamballa, for you are also aware Shamballa and the Tetons and Hawaii are extremely tied into each other. From my perspective at the Tetons, encourage you to visualize as often as possible those magnificent rainbows of Light unifying these three focuses.
