My beloved brothers and sisters walking the Planet Earth... to you upon whom we, the Spiritual Hierarchy depend for your harmonious cooperative energy, to bring to fruition the permanent Golden Age of our beloved Lord and King, the beloved Saint Germain - I speak:

Listen carefully, please, to what I have to say...

In May of this year I released a NEW AGE CHURCH ENCYCLICAL for "guidance" of our chelas, and those yet to join our ranks, for the tremendous task of restoring this Planet to her Divine Perfection. As has been said, that which we envision only comes into manifestation through the harmonious cooperation of our co-servers on the Earth!

I have been carefully watching the acceptance of our proposed Plan, and in seeing the rejection in many areas concerning this Encyclical, I conferred with beloved Saint Germain and we approached the Lord of the World Gautama about what should be done at this time to bring a unified feeling among our sincere dedicated followers.

As a result, while we most certainly do not "shelve" that which I have given, at this time we wish to amend certain portions of this Encyclical, to wit:

We are in a period of Transition, and specifically now direct your attention to Paragraphs 2 and 3 on page 5 . . . (pertaining to the Church hierarchy, spiritual titles, ordinations, and church attire). A few in the New Age Church of the Christ, who have been ordained, have accepted this designation (appointment) with a meaning somewhat removed from what we intended.

Whether they realize it or not, the human personality has crept in and suggested that they are above the average chela — which of course was not our intention. A Spiritual Appointment is given to those whom we believe will accept it in a manner of true Humility... one of the most difficult things for a lifestream to develop.

Many who have not been given so-called “authority" are greater examples of the true followers of the Christ-like way of living than those who have been given an opportunity, I emphasize that word, to be leaders of humanity in a certain locality of this Globe.

Please understand, I do not wish to imply that all who have thus far been offered a position are immersed in the feeling of spiritually superior rank - no indeed!

However, dear children, in this area I wish it to be known that Ordinations, for the time being, are going to be few and far between and those who are enjoying that privilege should remember that which has been given by us can be taken away, for it is the nature of this Activity to continually change.

Now to the matter of outer attire... this is an area in which I wish to be very specific. Those permitted, for the time being, to wear the collar of a Priest will be those who serve from the Mission Center in Washington, D.C. This collar does give our Oracle, and those serving with him at that Center, a certain recognition and authority in the world of form. Also, in a very few other specific cases, there is the need for this outer attire to satisfy governmental requirements of a church in various countries. So be it.

"Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s!" However, we do not wish others to use this form of recognition for the very reason that, as we have stated, we do not wish to be recognized in the world of men as a “church” per se. The word “church” can be a hindrance if used in the form of orthodoxy and most certainly that is not our intent. Actually, this designation was given to our membership by the Federal Government, who after reviewing our purpose, informed us we came under that code. Well and good, there are many advantages in being thus recognized.

However, the New Age Church of the Christ has a purpose of bringing to the blessed people on this planet what a church truly means and, at this hour, those who have been ordained should carefully present to others what our purpose REALLY is!

Now, in Paragraph 3, of the same Page No. 5 (pertaining to Church Charters and the long range plans of the Church). Do not expect that a Church Charter per se will be given to all Leaders at this time. After a lengthy and concerned consultation, Beloved Gautama, the Ascended Master Saint Germain and I, have deemed this inadvisable. First, we counsel you not to seize the opportunity, however well meaning, to implement all the facts set forth in the Encyclical.

Remember, the followers of the Truths which I gave while on the Earth as Jesus, in an attempt to manifest too much, too soon, changed the original intent to suit their individual purposes. Rather, I have again come to specifically set forth, with the full cooperation of all the Spiritual Hierarchy, using my authority as Micah, guidelines to Unify the peoples and show what is meant by a Christ-like way of living.

The greatest example of these guidelines is - in their true meaning - to go about in the world of form and through the manner in which you live, through Radiation, to just BE... something we have been endeavoring to place before you, particularly in the Shamballa Letters, BE-ing that "I AM ". BE-ing your True Reality... and when you are that example, men will seek you out!

Before concluding I wish to add that the beautiful little emblem pins are an excellent form of identification and I know you will wear them in the dignity which is symbolic of your membership in The New Age Church of the Christ.
