Beloved Lord Saithrhu

I AM the Great Divine Director. I have come this morning from the Great Silence at Shamballa with my beloved Lady Mercedes... having spent that Silence in the Radiation of our Beloved Lord of the World Gautama. And as we present ourselves here this morning at the Palace of Man's Purpose, radiating to you in this room, we are strengthening that tremendous Bridge of Light between Shamballa and this Complex of Light here at Caracas. Kindly be seated.

I have asked that this music be played while I have the privilege of speaking with you, in order that you might feel the natural beauty that surrounds us at all times in the Ascended Masters Realms. It is my purpose to have you build for me outposts of this same Ascended Master Perfection in your realm, through beautiful music, color, speech, and Beauty of all kinds, into which the incoming children of the Seventh Root Race might come to find more of the perfection which they knew so well in the Inner Realms.

Remember the beautiful gardens, the multi-color fountains of Light that play through our Temple at Machu Picchu. And then you are building that same sense of beauty and perfection into the South American Continent.

I would ask that as you think of the Seventh Root Race you think also of the Sixth Root Race, as you are aware beloved God and Goddess Meru are early in their work of having their Sixth Root Race manifest upon the face of Earth. And beloved God and Goddess Meru are with us in their luminous Presence radiating their Wisdom into your four lower vehicles. The Manus work in deep cooperation.

The service of the great God Meru which is assisting me, is in anchoring his Ray of Wisdom into the Andes. And the service I am rendering for God Meru is to help prepare Central and South America for the first sub-races of each of our Root Races.

And with that in mind I would ask you to Visualize the South American Continent... there is a tremendous triangle of Light that we are building where some of the first aspects of this Golden Age will manifest itself. This triangle is defined (approximately) by the three point of Quito (the Center of the World Monument), Lake Titicaca (and Mount Meru) and extending out to the third point at the mouth of the Amazon, on the equator at exactly 50 degrees west longitude. Within this triangle of Light is the physical presence of what is known as the Amazon Basin.

This Amazon Basin is being purified and it is already such that in these so-called deep jungles, the Builders of Form are preparing great subterranean cities... so that even with slight changes in the Earth's crust, even minor changes, the earth shall be cleared of the vicious jungles (they will be drained off) and we shall manifest these cities of Perfection along the Amazon... just as the Egyptian Golden Age manifested along the Nile.

And when you give your affirmation of purifying the South American Continent, I would ask you to visualize this Amazon Basin. Feel the perfection that is literally manifesting out of the very earth and which shall eventually manifest the highest form of culture, beauty and all the ceremony of the Seventh Ray .

Dear children, I would have you understand the nature of the Feminine Ray. The Fifth Root Race is the culmination of the Masculine Activity and has been responsible for much of the progress in technology, industry and culture and the forms of religion and ceremony that have come forth so far. But even the Great Manu of the Fifth Root Race, Vaivasvata knows that this perfection is limited until it blends with the receptive nature of the Feminine aspect of Divinity... which shall manifest through both the Sixth and Seventh Root Races.

The Fifth Root Race and its Masculine quality went forth to manipulate and change the world, which expressed itself in the progress of science and technology, as well as in government and culture. It is represented by the "piercing, penetrating consciousness" (or symbolically as the arrow). That period of Earth's evolution is slowly coming to a close.

The receptive nature of working with the Angels, elementals, builders of form, and particularly working with each other, recognizing the God Perfection of each person, each locality, each nation, each people... until the blending occurs, each one receptive to the perfection of the other.... instead of being out to change each other... that is the nature of the Feminine Ray . It is represented by the "unfolding, accepting consciousness" (or symbolically as the opening flower). Let us pause and contemplate the balance of these two natures... (silence)

I trust you feel the tremendous comfort that is radiating forth right now, not only because I have enfolded you with the spirit which is felt at Machu Picchu but also because our Lord Maha Chohan Paul has been present during this Healing Seminar and will bless you during the Cup Service this morning with a tremendous gift of Comfort.

And although more will be told to you at the correct time from Shamballa as to the full grandness of the Palace of Man's Purpose, Beloved Maha Chohan does want you to know there is a Focus of Comfort at this Complex. During the Cup Service you will feel a tremendous Dove over this very Sanctuary, fed by the Cosmic Dove of Comfort over Long Island. It will give you a gift in the form of your own personal Dove. Cherish that Dove as a source of Comfort.

My Beloved Lady Mercedes:

My beloved children I am here just to give you the Blessing that a Mother would give to her children for a job well done. You are all children of the Seventh Root Race, whether actually coming from the very Heart of beloved Lord Saithrhu and my humble self or part of our family through deep service... that is why I have included you all. All the Ladies of the Seventh Ray shall join with our Lord Maha Chohan Paul in giving you the softest, sweetest blessing deep into your emotional fabric, so that in times of pain or distress you might know that we really are with you. I am grateful to those in embodiment who have come from Santo Domingo, for as the Seventh Root Race comes into manifestation, it is important that not only Santo Domingo have a strong Bridge with Shamballa, that Machu Picchu have a strong Bridge with Shamballa but that also Santo Domingo and the South America mainland have a strong Bridge of Light. For this I am so grateful.
