Beloved Lord Raphael:

Dear brothers and sisters of our Angelic Kingdom, I greet you this month with an ever increasing power of the Angelic Presence on this planet. As an evolution we have been extremely patient with humankind but this year, and particularly this month, we have been given a Cosmic "go ahead" to step up our vibrations and its subsequent effect in the feeling world of humanity. This dispensation is through the service of our transcendent Angel of Restoration whose attention on this planet has opened a Highway of Light from the Sun and Central Sun to this planet — a Highway created of the Essence of Angels, ...the higher vibrations of Perfected Feelings.

In the original Divine Plan of this planet, when the forces of nature had completed the landed surface for habitation and Lady Amaryllis had manifested the glory of spring, the God Parents called forth Seven Beings from the Central Sun to charge the atmosphere of the Earth with the God qualities necessary to guard and protect the evolutions using the planet as their schoolroom. These seven Beings were Children of the Central Sun, evolving in the immediate Aura of Alpha and Omega living in the fullness of their God consciousness.

They are known now as the Seven Archangels or the Archetype of the Angelic Evolution as it pertains to this planet. There were countless numbers of us and yet seven were chosen.... those who you now are familiar with as the Seven Archangels, led by our glorious Prince, Lord Michael, with myself included.

However, beyond an Archangel in evolution is the Galactic Angel, who has been responsible for sustaining God qualities and protecting the evolution for an entire galaxy, the Guardian Presence of multiple suns, stars and planets. Such a Being is the Angel of Restoration. And now possibly your outer mind may recognize the import of the hour when such a Being turns that tremendous universal momentum to one small planet. It is heightened this month, taking advantage of the natural currents of Resurrection available in the springtime, heightened during the Spiritual Currents associated with the Easter celebration, and heightened as well during the opening of our Angelic Temple, the Temple of Resurrection.

We have tried to impress you with the force of Angelic God Power available through this Retreat over many years. This introductory phase is now finished and we ask those in physical bodies to use OUR MOMENTUM to advantage in the realm it is most needed; to grasp the opportunity of the moment, the currents available now from "On High" from the Central Source of all Resurrection and Restoration for this planet. Call us into ACTION!!!

Dear chelas, with the inner sight opened under the Guardian Presence of Beloved Vista and Crystal, the Forcefield of our Etheric Focus over the Mideast represents a great opening into the Heavenly Realms. It appears as though there were countless Angels coming and going from our Temple to the Sun and Central Sun on glorious Highways of Living Light Substance... all at the speed of Light, with grace in every movement and to the Celestial Tones of the Music of the Spheres. Never before has the qualities of our God Parents been more available to the Angelic evolutions serving this planet.

Visualize around this portal the Seven Archangels and their Archaii all working in cooperation with the Angel of Restoration - for all Seven Rays are necessary for perfect balance in this endeavor. This increased force of Light and Balance within the Angels can be felt in the inner world of mankind, as the Angels under our care have more confidence to draw closer to you and all humanity with these gifts.

Angels are Beings of such enthusiasm, innocence and unconditional love. We guard their evolution and guide them in discriminating intelligence of how to best work among men and the subtle ways of man's inner bodies, especially the emotional body, for we meet you within the feeling realms. Yet the Archangels feel more confident in allowing a closer association from our side of the Veil because of the increasing God powers available to us and then through us to Angels of all graded orders.

The Angel of Restoration working so closely with us is as inspiring to our work as though an Ascended Master had stepped tangibly into your Presence to work along side you and assist you in your work. We are so desirous of passing these gifts from this Cosmic Angel on to you into your inner world... into your spiritual awareness and that of all humankind until a tremendous inner longing for God qualities is tangibly felt in the feeling worlds of much of humankind. Think of it! You know already the experience of an Angel of Light drawing close and the deep nostalgia for God this brings. Now multiply that by several million! and what a force of Restoration there would be on this planet.

Come and sojourn often with us at our Angelic Focus and witness the entrance of the Great Angels from the Sun through this opening of consciousness fashioned by the Angel of Restoration. Feel the pressure of Lord Gabriel and Lady Hope from their Focus in Hope Valley, adding a tremendous charge of hope and optimism, a fundamental aspect of the Fourth Ray, into the inner world of humanity, cleaning out the ill effects of current outer conditions in these lower vehicles.

Together, as a brotherhood of Angels and men, we shall resurrect and restore the consciousness of this planet back into the limitless Light originally intended for it by the God Parents.
