My co-servers, what a privilege it is to be here this evening. Kindly be seated.

I AM greatly honored to be the Enfolding Spirit of the Year 1983. You will find the process of restoration to be quite a task. We know to restore things ¾ to change something that has been mutilated, or worn, through the lack of care, and so We shall go about restoring this planet and all hereon through service, dedicated service.

You know we have seen many times the process of restoration of a tremendous building and the painstaking care and the skill required in this process. Ah, it must be done with skilled tools and the tools which are in your hands are Love — Love of service. You know you have seen a beautiful statue that has been broken or mutilated in some manner and the care with which an artist restores it, gently and lovingly. How was he able to restore it? Through Love of beauty of the true figure or whatever the article may be, to its original state. Be tuned in to the artist and that is what you must do.

You must tune in to the glorious artist which each of you are -- skilled I in any activity. In restoration you are given a tremendous opportunity and I cannot tell you how grateful I AM that the time has come when we can restore this dear Earth to the beauty she once knew. All Life serving in harmony. Every part of Life respecting the other and when you walk through the field or go down the street or travel by any conveyance, you know that you are in the company of your fellow travelers. When I say "fellow travelers" I mean every particle of Life is evolving and is an active part of God — each have their own service to render and as they do so the tiny elemental brings forth beauty for Love or Light.

Your very footfall through this Universe will be a blessing and the bird's song will be so magnificent that it will cause you to soar to heights unknown and you can bless all Life by being a being of such harmony just knowing at last that you've come home — home to The Christ within, that single cell in this great Universe, blending, blending your energy to create the great Masterpiece the Tapestry of Creation — weaving your individual threads to make the perfect whole, the All One and we could blend one with the other into great symphonies.

And when you sing with the Angels through your radiation and hear the blending of the tones of every part of Life, you will be in what is now called "Heaven" -- Heaven is where the heart is, the true heart, the pulse beat that is necessary in this great Universe. The skies will look brighter. The trees will give forth more of their beautiful radiation. The air will be unpolluted and the blade of grass will be grateful for your footfall. Is that not something to look forward to? Do you not wish to walk with Us? I AM sure you do.

Restoration is so magnificent when you really stop to think what is taking place, taking some part, some perfect part of Life and putting it in place of a mutilated part, or that which has become darkened. You are shining as silver giving forth greater Light. You are blessing Life with the Gold of the Universe. There is no difference. We are all One, each serving as one particle, to bring forth the perfection which is about to take place on this Earth. Oh, not overnight! It is going to be quite a process but I think it is the greatest privilege ever given to Me to come from the Higher Spheres and be given the tremendous honor of helping My brother and sister cells to experience the ecstasy, the joy which is part of being a co-server in this great magnificent Plan.

Think for a moment, My dear ones of the opportunity which is yours, how deeply honored you are. You can be assured that My Legions of Light will walk with you, help you if your feet become unsteady and you do not wish to take a step, or your hand trembles at the very thought of doing something to make life more beautiful. Fear not! for if you are in the center of your being and realize that you are God Incarnate, what We call "God — Universal Light". For Light is all there is. You will not hesitate for a moment, but will go forth to whatever you have to do in the dignity, the love and the expression of the perfection of the Universe. I salute your Light and I thank you for your attention.
