He is risen! He is risen! He is risen! We hear those words throughout the planet this morn.
From the center of your Being feel the Risen Christ burst forth. Feel it! Accept it! Know it! for the edict has gone forth that all who will believe, who do accept, shall rise from the tomb of the human consciousness this day.
The morning is glorious. Blessed Helios is shining His Light all over this part of the world. Did you not see the stars last evening, and the glorious moon? We do not say, "the darkness of night", we say, "the shades of night", but the stars were shining, and you could see the stars and you could see the beautiful outline of the moon. And this morning the stars are shining and as the radiation goes forth from each of you, you can walk the starry pathway.
Know, oh, know My children that We have long awaited this day and, surely, you are grateful that you have come to the point where you can and will accept The Christus within you. The flesh body is necessary to traverse this planet yet it can give forth THE GREATEST LIGHT to illumine the hearts of all humanity.
The Angelic Host will walk with you this day as They always do but the particular Angels of the Resurrection, The Resurrection! THE RESURRECTION!!!.... ARE HERE TODAY! and the Resurrection Angels assigned to each of you will stay with you throughout this embodiment as long as you care to take the time to acknowledge them.
Do you not feel that luminous Light pulsating through your Being? Feel the rising, rising, rising radiation taking you above all that is human. See the Light shining all over this planet — The Light of God "I AM". Please say with Me, "He has risen! He has risen! He has risen! "I AM" that "I AM". And so shall it be! I pause for you to feel the immensity and intensity of that Radiation flowing through. As you raise your hand at any time, your Light will be a blessing to someone who particularly requires assistance. You have often seen a picture of The Christ with the Halo of Light and then with the Light shining all over from His body, His Celestial Body! The day will come when that Light will shine visibly from your own vehicles within a state of Grace and holy prayer.
When you look into the eyes of another you will be able to recognize The Christ because The Christ in the other person is The Christ in you. We are just cells, as you know, as we said so many times, in the Great Body of God. I prefer to say THE HEART OF GOD. The heart is so precious, that pulsating heart that keeps your physical body animated. And the Heart of God is the entire Universe blazing with different intensities according to the consciousness and the development of each individual.
We are truly grateful that the Light that came forth from this Holy Sanctuary did encompass the Earth, and there is not a soul on this planet who was not touched by that Holy Radiation. On awakening this morning, those who had been asleep felt very good. Sometimes we awake and we say, "Oh, this is a beautiful morning. Oh I feel so good." It can be that way for you EVERY DAY for Consciousness of "I AM" is all you have to express. Just know "I AM" that “I AM” and so it shall be. "I AM", "I AM", "I AM that "I AM". Repeat with Me now:

And you have decreed it. You have accepted it, and so it shall be!
