I AM conveying My blessings to you during the outpouring of Beloved El Morya's Retreat, although I AM aware this message will be disseminated through and published in The Word in May. Ah, sweet, mystic May, when I feel the currents of the Father-Mother God as strong in the hills of Kashmir, as I do within the sacred Retreats or even around the throne of the Almighty. How We of The Great White Brotherhood await the outpouring of the Spiritual Hierarchy in Sacred May; Lord Gautama (May 8th), Lord Maitreya (May 14th), Saint Germain (May 1st), Master Jesus (May 31st), and the Feminine Nature of God (Mother Mary, May 13th). A word to the wise to you dear chelas; PLANT ONLY THAT WHICH YOU WILL REJOICE IN HARVESTING IN MAY, FOR ALL WILL COME TO FULL FLOWER.

Thinking of Beloved Morya and His radiation of God's Will and Love this month, I AM reminded of what I believe to be half a story passed on you. ** (mouse over asterisks)It concerns Beloved Morya's initiation of maintaining harmony in the face of the most trying circumstances (namely Me!). And so Beloved Morya did conquer Himself through Love, in service to Our Beloved Maha Chohan. The rest of the story of My association in service with El Morya, concerns the various trials I then needed to pass through to see the absolute necessity of discipline and unquestioned, one-pointed, prompt obedience to a Divine Directive from the Spiritual Hierarchy, regardless of the most divine inner promptings in some other direction, which beautiful in themselves, distract from the immediate purpose of the Hierarchy.

This, then, was My struggle; to pass by a blossoming flower, giving it an immediate blessing for its beauty but not stopping to contemplate the Infinite held so beautifully in its unfolding petals. Such Omniscient Omnipresence can also be appreciated from obedient, discipline service to the Higher Will of the Hierarchy. It is a matter of balance.

The plans of the Hierarchy are timed perfectly, synchronized with the ever rising consciousness of humanity and with the Cosmic Currents available for the progress of the race. These perfectly timed plans include Our Releases to you on the various aspects of Truth which, We presume, will be applied immediately and one-pointedly to further the purpose of the Hierarchy. I certainly encourage the ongoing development of Divine discriminating intelligence (My basic role in the Hierarchy), but once you have chosen (through discrimination) your avenue of association with the Hierarchy, We need soldiers of Truth to carry out the directions given. Before one can be a Leader (as is El Morya) you must become a soldier, learning how to "take orders," having Faith in the system you have chosen to serve within, always aware of the eternal gift of free will choice.

In these efforts, I present to you today My full momentum of one-pointed, immediate response to a directive from the Spiritual Hierarchy. Mastery and true spiritual leadership can only follow successfully completing such initiations with the Hierarchy. Listen well for the Truths unfolding before you in 1984 and respond as soldiers of Love.

Allow Me, please, to speak to you on an aligned topic. The externalization of the Hierarchy has been on the minds of esoteric students for centuries. It is part of the allegory of the Second Coming.

THE SECOND COMING AND THE EXTERNALIZATION OF THE HIERARCHY are one and the same process, unfolding even now:

THE COMING TO EACH AND EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD, THEIR OWN CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH PURIFICATION AND GOD ILLUMINATION; AND THROUGH THAT CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS FLOWS THE RADIATION OF THE HIERARCHY......OUR FLAMING ELECTRONIC GOD SELVES EXTERNALIZED AS RADIATION THROUGH THE OPEN DOOR OF THE CHRIST IN EACH ONE. Quite frankly, whether or not there is ever a "real externalization in form" of one or another of the Hierarchy, is unimportant in the face of this simple Truth, as such an externalization would not bear fruit until the preparation (in consciousness) is complete.

Such preparation was completed before Beloved Jesus came to externalize The Cosmic Christ. And, for permanent good to remain with the race ever after His wondrous appearance, required the disciples and apostles to remain as the open door, the Christ in Action, for further externalization of various Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy as GOD RADIATION. . . THAT WHICH CAUSES THE INNER MAN IN ALL TO RESPOND!

In radiation, YOU ARE US while living in The Christed Estate, thus allowing Us full freedom, through your association with Us in that state, to walk and talk with the race of man and guide this planet to its fulfillment in the Light. Let Me now further this process by releasing to you a ceremony We would prefer you use in the Assimilation and Expansion of each Retreat cycle of the Ascended Masters.... each succeeding Release of Ascended Radiation to humanity.

For many years the Breathing Statements were used in the Transmission of the Flame Class at the opening of each Retreat. This served the purpose of the chelas unifying with the Retreat radiation through the Breath and assisting the transmission of that radiation throughout the planet. Then came the Assimilation and Expansion Service, accelerating the chelas toward being an actual electronic outpost of the Flame within their vehicles; and through their vehicles, expanding it out into the world through decrees, songs, visualization, service, etc.

Now comes the accelerated version of combining both the Breath and the Electronic Assimilation of Radiation in a ceremony connecting the chelas' Christ Flame with the Flame on the Altar of the Ascended Master Retreat.... Flame to Flame.... so that the Vehicle assimilating the Ascended Master Flame is your own CHRIST FLAME, your True Vehicle and Identity. It then continually expands the Retreat Radiation in your world through Its own nature of radiating Itself!

This is a twofold process:

1. The chela inbreathes and absorbs (assimilates); expands and then projects the Flame.

2. The Flame inbreathes and absorbs the Christ Flame of the chela; expands and projects the even more energized and perfected Christ Flame back into the world of form, being the Ascended Master Flame in action in the world.

Practice this in quiet contemplation until you can simultaneously feel the Sacred Flame Breath going into your lungs AS your Flame is inbreathed into the Ascended Master Flame; until you simultaneously absorb the Ascended Master Flame AS your Christ Flame is absorbed by It.... until you can expand and project the Ascended Master Flame AS your Flame is expanded in Light and projected into greater service by the Ascended Master Flame. Feel the rhythm of this dual process of assimilating and being assimilated, then expanding and being expanded, just as you balance the natural flow of the deep rhythmic breath.

This practiced through the years will then energize your Christ Flame with every God quality needed to assure Victory for your own Ascension as well as Victory for the Divine Plan of the Hierarchy, through the Retreat Cycles opened to the chelas. Thus the Hierarchy externalizes Itself through ever more powerful and balanced Christ Selves in Embodiment. This is the fulfillment of the Second Coming and why We open Our Retreats to chelas so freely; a privilege far beyond anything earned as yet through initiations in the outer world. But the time is right and the entire Hierarchy remain in agreement on this plan.

Possibly now you see why We so require soldiers of Love and Truth, for you are Ourselves in the world of form continually obeying all God's Laws and Principles as they manifest in the Ascended Master Retreats.

In My own fulfillment, I simply intend on becoming the Flame of Wisdom in action, a Flame I perceive blazing within the aura of Lord Maitreya and within the Sun. Your development is to become The Flame of Wisdom on My Altar, to externalize Me in the world of form; or the Flame of God's Will to externalize Beloved El Morya, and so on for the various Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy and Their Divine Virtues.

Use the two-fold balanced process of the Breath and the Electronic Assimilation and Expansion. Become the force of God good on this planet you are destined to be.
