Brothers and Sisters of Mercy, I greet you in the Name of the Karmic Board.

As you are aware, the Karmic Board is in full attendance in the Great Hall of the Royal Teton for its half-yearly council: I have the opportunity and privilege of representing their Energies to you this morning. They are looking with utmost interest at the anchorage of certain energies of the Eternal City of Faith for the New Age, the Spiritual Capital to where all men and women will look for the Faith that God's Mercies will be revealed on this planet!

I greeted you as Brothers and Sisters of Mercy, for that you truly are. Because of the work accomplished in the name of Amida Buddha in the first half of this year, 1985, I have been given the privilege and permission to give you an Initiation as a true Brother or Sister of Mercy. I shall bestow this upon you now. I ask you to enter deep within your Heart centers and see there the pulsation of the Flame of Divinity which, for the New Age, carries a beautiful Violet hue.

It pulsates out of the core of your Being in ever-increasing circles of living Violet Fire. At its core and at its periphery, it is the Mercy of God revealed in the New Age,. "I AM" One with you at your Heart center and you, at your Heart center, are One with me. We are One Merciful, Loving, Compassionate Consciousness of Freedom... (pause).

There is good reason why you should receive this Initiation as Brothers and Sisters of Mercy while you are anchoring the Eternal City of Faith. For the Pillars of Faith need be at their core MERCY.

At the Heart center of all life is Mercy. It is as if before Faith itself pulsated out of the Heart of the Father-Mother God, the Flame of Mercy was already there. The Faith that you represent and the Faith that humankind longs for, is the Faith that when all else is said and done, at the end of this evolutionary path, God shall reveal the tender, loving Mercies which is the true nature of the God Parents.

That is the Faith that you carry at your Heart center, even as those mighty Blue Shafts of Light anchor this city of Faith. It is a Faith, a deep abiding experience that the tender Mercies of the Father-Mother God will be expressed in this final cycle of the planet's evolution, in its path toward the Central Sun. As we enter the final cycle, under the auspices of the great Amida Buddha, it is our opportunity now to prove to humankind the revelations of Mercy that all have longed for since the beginning, when humanity first separated himself from God.

Many men and women, having looked upon my Lifestream with their inner vision, have seen an Aquamarine color. This is partly due to my Energies being aligned with the Flame of Faith.

This week we have a glorious opportunity of mixing these precious Energies of Faith and Mercy into the Spiritual Capital of this planet, anchoring these Energies into a City of Light where all the seven Rays are fully represented. Feel for a moment the Holy Christ Self and the mighty "I AM" Presence of each one of humankind turning to face this Holy City, knowing that at Shamballa, under the Protection of the Lord of the World, are the open doors to the Pure Land where only Divinity dwells. Here the mighty "I AM" Presence and Holy Christ Self of each and every man, woman and child desires to bring that soul and its evolution, Home... Home into the permanent Mercy of God manifest on this planet.

The calls for Mercy reaching the Karmic Board have been plentiful this past year. It appears to us that humankind is convinced that there are certain problems that cannot be solved by human's effort alone. Into all these problem areas on the planet, there "I AM", by whatever name those people in those localities choose to invoke the Divine Mother Principle or the God Head, for "I AM" a Force of Radiation and I represent the Karmic Board. I draw in the energies of these calls and present them before the Karmic Board.

These are Beings of unfathomable Love working with great impersonal detachment, for Karmic Law must be obeyed in the release of energies on the Earth. Yet we also beseech superior Realms of Light for God's infinite Mercies to be dispensed into this planet, to transmute the cause and core of these problems (hunger, war, pestilence etc.) and bring their resolution. This shall be the Revelation of Mercy that shall come ere long, as the Seventh Age of Spiritual Freedom takes root in the consciousness of humankind.

Again I remind you. You are Brothers and Sisters of Mercy. I see you now as Pillars of Blue Fire but at the core there is a beautiful Ray of deep Purple Light. That represents the Mercy in each of you know. It is the reason that you sustain your Faith, knowing that if you keep on keeping on (without 'trapping it' in time or in space,) God's tender Mercies will be revealed.

This Mercy now vibrates in your being and if you will release it, you provide the example for others around you in times of hardship, trials and tribulations. It radiates from your Heart Flame. Mercy is not created of the human mind. It is not found where intellect and language reign supreme. Mercy is a special language of the Heart. (pause)

I see you as a pulsation of the Flame of Divinity from the Eternal Sun of Freedom, blazing as a Sun at your Heart centers. And yes, situated above that beautiful Violet Sun at your Heart center, I see a Crystal Buddha. For in this year dedicated to the Great Amida Buddha, it is my privilege to train you toward Buddhic Consciousness. If you concentrate on this visualization in your meditation, it will facilitate this training... a radiating Violet Heart and a Crystal Pure Mind.

I shall leave with some thoughts that you might contemplate as Brothers and Sisters of Mercy on your path toward becoming Buddhas.

The Compassion that comes from Understanding is surpassed only by the Understanding that comes from Compassion.

The Forgiveness that comes from Illumination is surpassed only by the Illumination that comes with Forgiving.

The Mercy that comes from Wisdom is surpassed only by the Wisdom that comes from Mercy. 

"I AM" at your Heart. "I AM" one with the Buddha within you. "I AM" that "I AM".... Good Morning....
