Greetings and Love from all of your Friends on the Planet Venus
- called by some the LOVE STAR.I especially mention my Beloved Lady Venus, whom you will remember made a great sacrifice of Love when she remained on our Star to continue its glorious Radiation which has been built through the centuries.
Remember, too, the magnificent service of Lord Gautama who constantly embraces this Earth and all her evolutions in his Love.
Most of you know that many years ago an etheric RAINBOW BRIDGE was formed between Shamballa, the Tetons, and Hawaii. During this particular monthly cycle, I request that you concentrate on that part of this Bridge which is formed between Shamballa and the Tetons.
The original Bridge was made up of the Balancing Power of the Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame... Love, Wisdom and Power. At this time I call your attention to the fact that tremendous Purification is necessary for all life on this Earth and in its atmosphere. I therefore request that you daily visualize this Span of Light and see it also giving off a Radiance of Violet Fire. When you have built a momentum of this Service, you will then see Peace and other Qualities become manifest on this Planet, until this Sphere is completely enveloped in Violet Fire... making it Freedom's Star which has been cradled through the ages in the Love of our Friend, the Ascended Master Saint Germain.
I counsel you, too, to remember to make your calls of Channeling the Light from Venus to descend from Venus, along with the accompanying Light and Love of the blessed Angels who have volunteered to amplify this Radiation by their Love.

The Rocky Mountain Retreat
Rising majestically out of the level plains in the State of Wyoming stands the Grand Teton Range. Even to the mind of the man insensitive to the great spiritual world in which he is immersed, the glorious natural cathedral which spirals above the emerald green setting of plain and trees draws admiration. It impels aspiration toward lofty thoughts and stirs the spirit of inspiration toward Godliness. The snowy finger of the Grand Teton pointing heavenward is a silent but constant admonition to all who look upon it to lift up their eyes unto the hills and then beyond to connect with the Greater of those very hills and man himself.
For many ages, within the heart of the Grand Teton, the GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD have united their strength, their consciousness and their Presence to evolving ways and means of helping the humankind of Earth to the expressions of greater perfection of mind, greater peace of soul, greater health of body and greater development of the dormant Spirit of God which awaits summons from the heart of humanity.
From this ancient Retreat in the heart of the Wyoming Rockies, Brothers and Sisters who are primarily interested in helping humanity to develop their natural talents, gifts, powers and reason for being, go forth to every country upon the surface of the sweet Earth whom they live to serve and whom they love.
We know the Law of Life is based on the science of giving and receiving. In scientific parlance it is referred to as centrifugal and centripetal force. Nature confirms this Law and so lives in harmony and balance. The release of the breath from the physical body is essential before the life giving breath can enter to nourish and sustain the body's life. The tree must give of its fruit in order to prepare for the miracle of a new resurrection and a future harvest. The flood tides recede to fulfill themselves and to again wash full and free upon the waiting shore.
The Focus at the Rocky Mountain Retreat is the Focus for the outgoing (centrifugal force) upon the planet Earth. The Ascension Temple guarded by Beloved Serapis Bey, is the Focus for the incoming (centripetal force). Humanity through voluntary choice, asked for opportunity to experience Earth life and to contribute through his own creative centers of thought, feeling, spoken word and action to the creation of a Kingdom of Heaven upon the planet Earth. He chose to ride on the tides of the outgoing breath of the Father into the world of form. When he has rendered this self-chosen service, contributed his share to the establishment of his own Father's Kingdom on Earth, he will return on the incoming breath of the Father focused at the Ascension Temple.
Because of the development, externalization and general manifestation of God's Kingdom on Earth is focused through the Grand Teton Mountains, the Spiritual Hierarchy gather within the Council Chambers of the Tetons each year, in order to formulate plans and designs to help such establishment of perfection on Earth.
Because the children of Earth cannot continue to tarry upon the path, indulging themselves in the pleasures of the little self, the Spiritual Hierarchy allows the Retreat at the Tetons to remain open for the entire twelve month period. In so doing, the alert chela is permitted to journey here in the etheric garment as often as is his desire, and he will always find a Brother or Sister of this Brotherhood waiting and willing to give whatever assistance he may require for his own unfoldment as well as for all humankind.
Remember, beloved ones, it is at this time of year that you are permitted to present your Petitions to the Karmic Board. They will be courteously considered, and since the Karmic Board always favor initiative and selflessness when expressed through the consciousness of individuals who are yet a part of the mass karma of the race, it is suggested that you prayerfully consider your request before penning it in the form of a petition. Bear in mind, too, that you are required to nourish the petition which you present by adding your energy rhythmically to its outpicturing.
May every member of the human race, embodied and disembodied, attend this Great Council and offer their energies that the planet may quickly outpicture the Perfection that is intended for her and her peoples.
