Decree - August 1989

Beloved Saint Germain, I bow before the Flame of Freedom burning within the Temple of your heart, and I invoke your assistance to the children of Earth. Blaze your mighty Light Rays into, through and around the four lower vehicles, homes, schools, and all places where young people gather, and assist them in purifying themselves and their surroundings of all vestiges of human creation. Thus purified, their eyes will perceive only that which is perfect, and enable them to assist in the creation of God's Kingdom on this Planet.

I call to the "I AM" PRESENCE of all young people to accept Freedom's Flame and cast off the chains of the outer self! BE THE CHRIST in action and walk forward into the Light - for:
