Thanksgiving Time
Thanksgiving is a Cosmic Festival which has been observed for eons of time by the Spiritual Hierarchy who have served humanity for so long.
These great Beings have for countless centuries gathered at the Holy Temple at Shamballa and poured forth their Love, Peace, Gratitude and Blessings to every part of Life that has assisted them in any way, given even so much as a "Cup of cold water" in their name, to bring greater understanding and perfection to the people of Earth. They were given a SEED on New Year's Day, an idea or plan by which they might reach, and teach, more of humankind - and at Thanksgiving they bring the harvest of that Seed and lay it at the Feet of the Lord of the World!
The Spiritual Teachers of the race bring a harvest each year, Nature brings a harvest each year; but few of humanity realize that they too have this same opportunity... and each year their HARVEST IS MEASURED. Each New Year they were given a seed of new life and energy from which a harvest is expected, and at Thanksgiving that harvest is viewed by God and the Spiritual Powers.

A Breathing Exercise
This exercise should be done at least twice a day, preferably at sunrise and again at sunset, to benefit from the special increase of Light available at those particular times of the day.
Standing in an erect position, with the arms relaxing along the body, take in a deep breath to the count of four (4), as you raise the arms to form a cross with the palms facing up. As you inbreathe, feel that you are being charged with the Essence of The Holy Breath.
Hold the breath to the count of four (4) and absorb that Holy Essence - Release the breath to the count of four (4), slowly lowering your arms and as you do expand that essence through your four lower vehicles.
Hold the breath out of the body, and consciously project the Sacred Essence of the Holy Spirit to all life around you.
Fully repeat the exercise again, and as you do see your aura expanding until it covers the Earth.
Once again repeat the exercise, and this time see the aura of the Earth as a pink radiance expanding throughout infinity, projecting to all creation the Love, Peace and Comfort of The Holy Spirit.
