Decree

With the authority of the Beloved Presence of God "I AM", through the power of the Sacred Flame of CONCENTRATION vested in us, we INVOKE Beloved ELOHIM VISTA and LADY CRYSTAL, to be with us now. Assist us to MANIFEST the Powers and Virtues of the Fifth Ray through our Beings and worlds NOW, as we make these calls!

“I AM” A CONCENTRATED RAY OF LIGHT, sent forth to ILLUMINE THE EARTH AND ALL LIFE UPON IT!

(As each of the following statements is given, pause and let the God-quality called forth become your full expression.)

I CONCENTRATE upon TRUTH, and―

“I AM” TRUTH! “I AM” TRUTH!  “I AM” TRUTH!

I CONCENTRATE upon HEALING, and―

"I AM," PERFECTION! “I AM," PERFECTION! "I AM" PERFECTION!

I CONCENTRATE upon LIGHT, and―

"I AM" LIGHT! “I AM” LIGHT! "I AM" LIGHT!

―and filled with God's Truth, Perfection and Light, "I AM" completely and eternally CONSECRATED to becoming the Full expression of these God Qualities to all life within my sphere of influence!

SO BE IT, BELOVED "I AM"!
