ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL:

Beloved Students,

I enfold you in my Ray of Consecration so that you may permit my Love to infiltrate your consciousness as I speak to you this day. It is a joy and a privilege to feel the return current of your love come to me, and is it not wonderful that we may enrich each other in this way? This is the way that it will come to be among all humankind one day, when all the dross that seems to separate one person from another has been cleared away.

Truly, the highest example of brotherhood is expressed, through friendship, and that is what we offer you at all times. More healing may be given and received through brotherhood than in any other way. You may think that it is strange that members of the Angelic Kingdom, and the Great White Brotherhood offer friendship to humanity, for there are few among the masses who are even aware of us, and those who do know, all do not welcome our friendship.

Friendship involves responsibility, it is true, and this is the reason that many people have difficulty in offering their friendship to others. You are discovering that the ability to give becomes easier as you move higher upon your spiritual paths, and this is because you have transmuted much of the fear and negativity that once surrounded you. However, others may not be so fortunate as to know of the use of the Sacred Flames of Transmutation, and they may still be fearful of your friendship when it is offered. How may this be overcome?

When a person is surrounded by fear, it is difficult for them to reach out for assistance, even though it may be the time when they most need help. When this is the case, it is best to work in silence, so that you may project love and comfort to them without activating a barrier of resistance. This is the way the Angels work, especially the Guardian Angels and the Healing Angels.

Often, in your classes, when visualizations of protection are given, it is stated that an Angel steps within your auras. This, my beloved friends, is a literal event, and not merely an imagined one. The only thing that stands in the way of your actually seeing the presence of the Angels is the slowness of the vibratory activity within the physical level of existence. The Angels come as extremely fine and rapid vibrations of Light Essence, containing within their Light Bodies the substance of the virtues which they represent.

These Light vibrations are fed into your four lower vehicles through their conscious direction, and with each pulsation of Light your lower vehicles are imbued with the God Quality of being sent into them. Try to visualize this Sacred Activity, for one day it will become visible to you, when your Beings are lightened sufficiently.

Perhaps my description of the Activity will assist you to understand why it is so important to call forth the Transmuting Flame as the first Activity of all, because as the emanations of Violet Fire pass through your Beings and worlds, darkness is immediately transmuted and freed as the Angels direct it through you. If you could see it, you would be amazed, because shadows literally go forth as Light! Then, activities of healing or illumination, and so forth, are much more effective.

There is a way that you may actively assist the Angels, and that is through the power of the Holy Breath. First of all, you must know that when a call is made for any aspect of the Sacred Fire, the Angels embodying that quality go forth immediately. They are Beings of Sacred Fire, and each call requires their Presence, whether it is stated as such or not. For instance, when you call for the Violet Flame, Angels of that Order rush forth to surround you immediately, to assist you in whatever endeavor you plan to use that Flame. Perhaps you have become aware of this already, but in case you have not you will be more sensitive to their Presence from now on in all your work.

Once you have made your call for the Flame, take a moment to feel the Presence of the Angels all around you, and then begin to breathe rhythmically, visualizing the Flame entering your physical body through the crown chakra. Simultaneously, it is being directed by the Angels into your heart center from all around you, right through your aura. As you hold the breath a few moments, the Flame will greatly intensify, and as you breathe it out and project it, the Angels work in total unity and oneness with you, so that the projected activity of the Flame is a powerful and magnificent sight! Every time you hold a Healing Class, we witness this activity, which is multiplied tremendously by the presence of your fellow chelas who are taking part in the same activity. One day you shall stand with us, and be working with others who will have taken your places within the physical realm, to act as the transformers of the Sacred Flames.

I AM YOUR FRIEND OF LIGHT―and I stand between you and the full Light of God, as do all of the Archangels and our hosts―not to block the Light, but to Transform the Light, so that it may be stepped down to an intensity which is bearable to you. We step down the Light for the Ascended Masters and all ascended Beings, as well, and they join us to assist in this service for the life upon the Planet Earth. You, our chelas, act with us in this same capacity for your brothers and sisters in the Human Family.

As your own Light emanations increase, you rise into a higher realm of Spiritual expression, and from that position, you are now being taught how to work with those who walk behind you upon the Path of Spiritual Development. Light must always be stepped down to some degree for those who do not yet understand about it, just as a simpler course of mathematics must be given to children in grade school than would be presented to those in high school or college. Otherwise, it would not be useful, to them, and it would represent a waste of energy. At inner levels, you are being taught to learn the difference between giving too much―or giving too little―to those who come to you for assistance. It is an extremely important lesson, for you must serve them, even as we serve you!

Brotherhood―my beloved ones―is the highest relationship formed by friendship. You are a part of our Brotherhood by virtue of your desires and your works. This is, as all true friendships, a relationship which surpasses time and space, even unto infinity.

As I offer my Hands, Heart, and Knowledge to you―my brothers and sisters upon the Earthplane, so must you offer your hands, hearts and knowledge to those who are drawn to you from the Human Family which you have come to serve. I, Raphael, Consecrate you so to do!
