We, the chelas of the Great White Brotherhood, send our illumined love to our shining I AM Presences, in Whose Name we make this call:
We lift the chalice of our consciousness to the beloved World Teachers, as we decree:
*I AM the full manifestation of a training center for the youth at Shamballa, and throughout the planet! (*3X)
Beloved Lord Maha Chohan Paul and Holy Ĉolus, we invoke a Ray of Force from your Hearts into the being and world of every lifestream, so that each one may feel the love nature of God's Holy Will.
Beloved Archangel Jophiel and Lady Constance, send a Ray of God's Illumination, Wisdom, and Understanding into every unascended being on Earth. Keep this Golden Ray blazing until each and everyone realizes, accepts, and brings to fruition the developed God-Gift which is held within the heart of their Holy Christ Self. Help us all to discover the avenue of Divine Service which will assist the younger generation to receive the spark of Truth required to kindle their latent God Qualities.
As One Unified Grail of I AM Consciousness, we claim full freedom in the Light of God for all children, youth and young people on the planet Earth right now and eternally sustained!
