Beloved El Morya

January 15, 1992

Beloved Ones,

Why do you think that this New Year of 1992 has been designated as a year of Teaching? It is because of these very needs upon the planet! Along those lines, I will give you the information required about the present alignment within the Spiritual Hierarchy for the needs of the Earth We serve.

At this time, with Lord Lanto acting as senior partner, Master Kuthumi and John the Beloved are working as a team to, fulfill the office of World Teacher. There is also a First Ray member of the World Teacher Team, Whose identity may be disclosed at a later time. Together, They are escalating the training of the thousands of members of the Brotherhood at the Grand Teton Retreat who are teachers. These qualified teachers from all Seven Cosmic Rays will―in turn―work to develop the consciousness of the many teachers among Our chelas who desire to assist Our new students and the newly awakened lifestreams of Earth. I cannot fully describe the enormity of this work, for it involves the developing consciousness upon the entire planet, and also in the astral realms, which is another entire field of endeavor in teaching. All are serving under the guidance of Lord Maitreya, Who is coordinating and overseeing all areas of Spiritual Teaching.

Lord Lanto has already given you an idea of the training at the Teton Retreat, of which He is the Patriarch. Dwjal Khul is the Hierarch of this Retreat, which is the Home of the Great White Brotherhood, and the center of Second Ray Activities upon the Earth. As you are also aware, it is the anchorage of the mighty Precipitation Flame, through which all the qualities of the Godhead are drawn into the planet.

I also take great pleasure in telling you that beloved Master Dwjal Khul accepted the Chohanship of the Second Ray, although this will not come as a surprise to quite a few of you. He has been fulfilling this function for some time now, but―at His request―this information was withheld until the proper time. Others, who have lovingly taken training under Him for future service within the Hierarchy, are assisting Him or serving in other capacities, and have requested anonymity at this time. The Master Himself will address you on some of these subjects.

Beloved Micah, the Angel of Unity, has requested the opportunity to concentrate His energies upon unifying the consciousness of the religions and philosophies of Earth as fully as possible at this time. He is well qualified for this endeavor as the natural result of His work during eons of time, as you are well aware. This is a tremendous endeavor, but―as He pointed out to the Karmic Board―the groundwork has been laid through major changes in the political and economic situations in the Earth. Much is required in so many avenues of service at this time. Micah, also, will be working under Lord Maitreya's guidance.

There is another point I would like to bring to your attention. It has been taught that―as the consciousness of humankind expands and evolves to a higher level―the members of the Hierarchy also move up in consciousness and service. This is true. However, many on the Earth try to equate such changes as taking place within a time frame work as understood from the human point of view. I must point out that no Ascended Master, Cosmic Being, or Solar Lord would ever leave a position or office that He has accepted until such time as all was in the perfect order for this to be possible. Understand, My beloved friends, that when you serve in cosmic offices, the turn of the clock seems slower, if it could be equated in human terms. We work for eons of time in the offices for which We have qualified, and never would We leave such a responsibility until all was fulfilled.

We are all subject to the same Cosmic Laws, whether we serve as an Ascended Master, or a human being still evolving on the Earth. For now I will bring My letter to a close, with the sincere hope that it has brought you a deeper degree of understanding. Know that you are loved and that I AM truly grateful for the assistance you are giving. I enfold you in My Ray of God's Will!
