Beloved chelas of divine intelligence and love,

My heart is filled with gratitude for the opportunity that was given me to act as one of the sponsors of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom during this year of 1994. Before I lovingly pass my scepter along into the hands of my compatriot, Elohim Orion, I take this opportunity to speak to you once more.

During the nineteenth century, a great flow of enlightenment began, moving first out of Russia to unify the philosophies of the eastern world with that of the west and―through the efforts of our chelas of that time―to begin to introduce humankind in the use of the sacred fire. Now, as the twentieth century draws close to completion, the mighty currents of fiery spiritual enlightenment begun then are active―not only in the New World―but throughout the entire planet Earth. Our chelas have increased in numbers and light workers everywhere are learning to use the sacred fire, and as a result, the mass consciousness of humanity is rapidly awakening. Make no mistake―the impetus of spiritual freedom moves ever onward, feeding all the inhabitants of this planet Earth with the substance of spiritual truth they require for their journey.

As you―our chelas and light workers upon the surface of this planet―enter the third step of precipitation, you are now prepared to manifest the Christ upon the Earth through faithful, enlightened love. Understand, beloved ones, the importance of being in embodiment at this time, having the great privilege and responsibility to be chelas of the Great White Brotherhood and we are grateful for your co-service, as we work together for the good of all life.

The God intelligence who governs the Second Sphere is the Lord Buddha. You are aware that, at this time, Lord Maitreya serves in this office. As the head of the office of World Teacher, he interprets the God ideas from the First Sphere into and through the formulation of the world religions and, faiths. The present members of this office, working under Lord Maitreya's loving guidance are: Master Kuthumi, John the Beloved and Lady Miriam, representing the second, third and first rays, respectively. They also each represent one aspect of the Threefold Flames within your hearts, as you, too, are learning and developing along your spiritual paths. Also serving under Lord Maitreya's guidance, Micah, the Angel of Unity, is unifying and holding the perfect balance of the Threefold Flame within the world religions and faiths that are now active upon the Earth, or shall emerge in the new age of spiritual freedom.

Shamballa has been established as the heart center of the activity of the world religions of the new age, serving all on behalf of Saint Germain, and also the members of the sacred office of World Teacher, starting with Lord Maitreya, the Buddha and Micah, Angel of Unity.

The Grand Teton Retreat was established as the head of the activity of the world religions of the new age. Serving as the central focus of the activities of the Second Ray, it also works with all members of the office of World Teacher. It is especially active in the teaching of all the initiates and chelas of the ascended masters, encompassing the activities of all seven cosmic rays.

The Body of Light, composed of the chelas and light workers on the Earth who are actively participating in this worldwide activity, are designated as the hand of God. As such, it is your responsibility to manifest the divine ideas that are constantly poured forth into this united chalice of consciousness, which must always be held high to receive the teachings and instructions of your elder brothers and sisters. You serve upon the Earth as an outpost group of the Great White Brotherhood, and―as such―are active members of this great and universal brotherhood. The Body of Light may be more accurately referred to as the Body of the Cosmic Christ, for it is the connecting link of the Bridge to Spiritual Freedom between the children of Earth and the octaves of light.

Over all is the activity of the beloved Karmic Board, which convenes at the Great Teton Retreat twice yearly to decide upon the matters involving the unified activity of the head, heart and hand of God. This august body is capable of looking over and analyzing the entire world situation at any time, and determining the dispensations which will be of the most value to all life evolving on the Earth and in her atmosphere. Even though the jurisdiction of the Karmic Board is only for the Earth, they are fully involved with the interplanetary aspects of how the decisions and activities that take place on this planet affect all others in the system of Helios and Vesta. This has a very profound effect upon any and all decisions made. Nothing is ever decided or implemented except by consideration of the whole, however far this influence reaches.

An interesting point to keep in mind regarding the Karmic Board is their personal connection to every lifestream involved, from the least experienced lifestreams who are a part of the Earth's evolutions, to the most highly experienced and developed ones. This dedicated group truly embodies the most enlightened aspects of love, wisdom and power known to the Earth, and we bow in humility before them, accepting their decisions without reservation. We recognize that their findings are gifts that have come forth from the perfect expression of unity through divine love, and we are grateful.

As you ponder the information I am imparting today, you will come to understand at ever-deeper levels of consciousness the importance of the awakening Christ in your hearts and every human heart.

Continuing to grow and know in the light of true understanding, you will become ever more humble. True illumination is one of the most important aspects of divine love, which is the vibratory activity you are now entering. The lessons of the Third Ray and sphere shall be different in many ways, as you shall discover for yourselves while you move through the experiences that lie before you.

As I bring my message to a close today, I ask that you be constantly aware of the connection between the heart line and the spirit line in the hand of God, knowing they are the pathways over which your loving energies flow to feed all humanity. These pathways of light, existing in the mighty hand of God, have been brought to your attention for as a group, you and the chelas worldwide have been named "the Life Line" within this hand of God. Remember, my beloved ones, hold your chalice high through the power of faith and constancy, which is now greatly strengthened within you. To assist you further in your spiritual enlightenment, know that I AM as close as your every thought and you have but to think of my name in the silence of your heart.
