The Planetary Holy Spirit

Beloved Disciples of Holy Spirit,

I would like to speak to you about the true meaning of Shamballa. The name itself was brought to the Earth by the great Kumaras, as it is the name of the mighty city on Venus, which is Sanat Kumara's home. Because of the association of the name 'Shamballa' with Sanat Kumara, the quality of sacrifice is connected to it. This is due to Sanat Kumara's great sacrifice for the Earth and all her evolutions. I mention this to remind you that the true meaning of the word 'sacrifice' is 'to make sacred'. Through his love and the countless centuries of time he has dedicated to the Earth, this planet has truly been made sacred.  

There are other names that are also symbolic of the perfect place or state of consciousness, such as 'Heaven', 'Paradise', 'Utopia', and so on, but at inner levels, they all represent Shamballa. Shamballa represents the inner state of the consciousness that has been purified and lifted up to the rightful estate you all seek. I tell you these things, not because they are previously unknown to you, but to remind you that 'Shamballa' is truly inside your heart centers. It may be reached only by going within and sacrificing―upon that altar―all of the outer human self and its attendant illusions that have held you captive over many embodiments. When Shamballa is truly made manifest within your heart centers through this process of purification, you will be able to remain there for all eternity.  

No man or power outside of yourself can ever cause you to leave Shamballa unless you permit it. This is why I want you to understand that, no matter where you reside upon the Earth, you are truly a part of Shamballa and it is a part of you.  

The great city of SHAMBALLA in the etheric realms of the planet is a reality―a perfection ready to be established upon the Earth when the planet is raised into that sacred state of consciousness. What is true for the Earth is true for every individual upon its surface or in the lower astral realms.  

The physical focus of SHAMBALLA was chosen by the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Earth as the suitable location for the externalization of the vibratory activity of the etheric City. It is, as you know, directly beneath the ancient Temple of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and is the fortunate recipient of the highest spiritual vibratory activity available anywhere on the surface of the Earth.  

I desire to anchor firmly in your consciousness the importance of the physical focus of SHAMBALLA as the matrix into which the perfected energies of the Cosmic Holy Spirit and Myself, the Holy Triumvirate and all of the Great Brotherhood of Light may be directed. You understand that the law of the higher applies to all lower expressions, and you must therefore know that the physical focus of Shamballa must be constantly protected and purified by your calls.  

Because it exists upon the physical surface of the Earth, it must be maintained and sustained as the pure focus of the etheric Shamballa. There is a tremendous network of light established around it, and legions of angels are assigned to its protection at all times, but it would be to little avail if there were no chelas who loved Shamballa enough to keep making the calls and assisting in whatever ways they can.  

It will continue to function as a center for the receiving and distribution of the instructions of the hierarchy and other cosmic beings. It is also to be utilized as a center for the teaching and expressing of these principles to those who are brought here through the guidance of their own sacred Threefold Flames, the Christ within. Many come as a result of this impetus, as well as the influence brought to bear by their sponsors in the realm of the ascended masters.  

This is the time for the Earth to be prepared for the vibratory expression of the Mother Aspect of the Godhead, the full release of the activity of the Cosmic Holy Spirit. This coincides with Saint Germain's Golden Age of Spiritual Freedom, which much be achieved simultaneously.  

My beloved students of light, the importance of Shamballa for the nurturing of the spiritual consciousness of all life on the Earth cannot be over emphasized. That you each become the fullest expression of the Cosmic Christ in action on the physical plane must take precedence within your consciousness, for you are the chelas of The Great White Brotherhood, cells of this Heartcenter. We depend upon you, for those who qualify to serve the needs of the Earth through the Heartcenter at this crucial point in time are few.  

When I speak of qualification, I speak not only of your evolution and your preparation over the ages to serve in this way, but of the fact that you hear my voice, and those of the other ascended masters! Few listen, and of those few, there are only a small number who hear with great accuracy. Spiritual hearing and discernment are gifts that may be developed and brought to higher levels of expression through right teaching, right desire, and right practice.  

Over this year of 1992, which is designated as a Year of Teaching, many more are being prepared by us at inner levels, with the hope that they will be able to assist the efforts through Shamballa and all outpost groups more quickly.  

I do not say that it is only during this time that this preparation will take place, because it is an ongoing work of the ascended masters and cosmic beings. However, I wish to assure those of you who are doing this work now; you will receive assistance soon, regardless of the physical location in which you are working. As always, I cannot guarantee that your work responsibilities will diminish, for you know the rewards of service to be expanded service!  

Be assured that your abilities and stamina are increasing in proportion to the expansion of responsibilities that you will encounter. You are courageous, and the light of your service is a part of my heart and the love of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, whom you live to serve!
