The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 20, Number 17                                                                                                                                  April 23, 2001

Blessed Students,

Was it not beautiful to consciously spend time during the past seven days observing the Angelic Kingdom at work within your life and in the lives of others? I'm sure that each of you in your own special way learned some very special lessons from these blessed Beings of Light. If you will recall, at the end of last week's Shamballa Letter, while studying the story of Peter and the Wolf I stated that "there is also one very important element which is not true when you are actively working with the Angelic Kingdom".

A member of the Angelic Kingdom always, I repeat, always comes when called upon to give assistance! Unlike humanity who constantly works with the wonderful gift of free will choice; not since they came forth from the Heart of God, have members of the Angelic Kingdom felt it necessary to use this sacred blessing because they have long since transcended the need and desire to use free will. Angels are totally one-pointed in their divine purpose. It is not part of their being to choose whether or not to be of assistance. They do not attempt to decide if one request is more important than another.

They live but to serve and when a call comes, no matter how seemingly insignificant it may seem, there is no choice to make. They must respond because the angels are completely and exclusively obedient to the work at hand, that of bringing God's Gifts to humanity be it protection, wisdom, truth, healing, peace, transmutation, purity, transformation, strength or any other divine quality. So always remember beloved ones, these wonderful beings of light can be extremely helpful in the activity of protection.

Before closing this week, I would like to share with you a simple comparison between the three kingdoms. You have probably heard similar versions in the past. If you were to place an elemental, a human being and an angel before the chalice on the altar of your personal sanctuary and asked them what they observed: the elemental would instantly see all of his little friends within the chalice making up its physical form, sustaining the actual outline of the cup and the stem. A human being would observe the craftsmanship needed to create an item of such beauty, possibly wondering if it was made of stone, crystal or even gold. Instead of focusing on the physical form, the angel would instead see the power of the sacred fires which were drawn forth by your personal invocations and decrees sustained and maintained by your daily spiritual activities flowing through the cup instead of the cup itself.
