The Shamballa Letter

Beloved ones, 

As I mentioned last week, this week I would like to share some ways in which you can alleviate symptoms which may occur as you work to raise your vibration through the use of the sacred and Holy Breath of God. I'm sure that most if not all of the chelas have experienced at least one of the symptoms I previously mentioned on your quest of becoming one with our Mother-Father God. If not this is an important bit of information you can store and retrieve if and when it becomes necessary, either for yourself or another. 

One of the simplest, and most often forgotten, ways to keep more energy than your physical body can process and release is to regulate your breathing pattern. As you well know within the Activity of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom we use the 'four part' breath which includes the equally measured inbreath, the absorbing breath, the expanding breath and the projecting breath for each full breath one takes. 

If you find yourself in distress while breathing in this manner you may choose to shorten the time working with each part of the breath; from ten to eight beats or eight to six beats for example. If it is not your lung capacity which is causing you distress, you may wish to try shortening the number of breaths as you inbreath and absorb the breath while maintaining the number of beats as you breath out to expand and project the Holy Breath of God. While your physical body is adjusting to the higher vibrations, by breathing out slightly more than you breathe in, the higher energies flowing through your body will move more easily. If energy is moving freely and easily through your body no blockages will be created within your chakra system. As a result you will have fewer physical symptoms to disrupt your consciousness and vibration. 

Nevertheless if you find yourself with a blockage, one of the quickest and easiest ways to help release the obstruction is to consciously focus your attention upon dissipating the built up energy within your body. This can be done by simply placing your right hand preferably upon a stationary structure larger than yourself, such as a large table, desk or couch and sending the energy through your hand into the object. Or you can simply go outside and hug a tree and I assure you the tree will be grateful for the blessing!
