The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 20, Number 22                                                                                                                                        May 28, 2001

Beloved chelas,

While you conscientiously worked for the last three weeks to establish or expand your activities within the Great Silence another month is now drawing quickly to a close. With June only days away I would now like you to consider the greatest gift available to humanity, not only from beloved Ĉolus, the Cosmic Holy Spirit but also the Maha Chohan Paul, the Holy Spirit for this great planet Earth. We shall be working with these two representatives of the third aspect of the Holy Trinity because depending upon when you came into the world for this particular lifetime, it was either Ĉolus or Paul who breathed into you the first breath of life.

I choose to work with the Holy Spirit now for two reasons. First, an intensified energy, vibration and radiation from The Temple of the Cosmic Holy Spirit will be readily available to the chelas beginning June 1st. Secondly, it is the knowledge, use and activity of the sacred and holy breath from our Mother-Father God which will assist you greatly with your assignment of entering and remaining in the Great Silence.

I'm sure that everyone who receives the Shamballa Letter currently uses God's gift of the Holy Breath but do you really know why you should? And do you use it often enough to truly be effective in your life? If you are unable to answer these two questions, allow me to continue with my explanation. As you are aware, the Holy Breath of God is pure, primal life energy. It has not been changed, altered or distorted by anything less than the absolute perfection of God's original creation. You are also aware, that within the teachings of this Activity of Light students work with the 'four part' breath. First you breathe in. Then you hold your breath. Next you breathe out. Finally, you hold the breath out of your body. These four actions are considered one full and complete breath.

This coming week during your ten minutes of 'stillness' each day focus your attention upon the mechanics of breathing, focusing especially on each of the four aspects mentioned above. Observe how you feel and what you experience as you go through this exercise. Until next week: I AM inbreathing the Holy Breath of God. I AM absorbing the Holy Breath of God. I AM expanding the Holy Breath of God. I AM projecting the Holy Breath of God.
