It is my Joy and Honor to present to you the words, Radiation and Blessings of my son, and your friend, Ascended Master El Morya, Chohan and Director of the First Ray, spoken at the Transmission Class of February 18^th, 1961.

THE MAHA CHOHAN

The Beloved Ascended Master, El Morya, Speaks: 

"Beloved precious friends of my Heart, I greet you on behalf of the Host of Heaven whom you love and whom you serve, even as I do! "I AM" the Chohan of the First Ray filled with that Illumined Faith and the desire to do the Will of God which is ALWAYS Good, Active and alive within your beating hearts, charging through you during this period while our Focus at Darjeeling is active, (February 15th. through March 14th. 1961.) 

Yes, you have a permanent seat in my Temple, but me thinks you shall use it little, for during this thirty-day period you shall act more or less as myself and as your Ascended Master Sponsors, about our Father's business! 

Well - you have been in our drawing room at Darjeeling, and every conceivable composition has been played on the piano, until our beloved brother Serapis Bey voluntarily offered to re-tune it. You have brewed and sipped every type of tea from Ceylon, Darjeeling and China teas, until our attendants have had to go out and secure new supplies, both of silverware and the variegated brands of tea which you most enjoy. Some of you have experimented by drinking the tsampa tea (Tibetan tea with the rancid butter called ghee) which is so pleasant to the Llamas and the peoples of Tibet. Most of you have not cared for its taste which has required that I procure for my drawing room a large Wedgewood receptacle for the expulsion of same. I do suggest that you leave the tsampa tea for the peoples of the Orient who are used to its peculiar flavor. You can have any type of delicate tea with rose leaves in it or ordinary cream, and for Harmony's sake when you are playing upon our piano ask your Sponsor to direct you to something that is beautiful and give a musical rendition of merit. 

You know "I AM" more patient than most people think. A great many people have been in our Temple since the fifteenth of this month (February 1961) - not all Occidentals, many Orientals and peculiarly enough, I have had amongst my visitors dogs, cats, horses and two elephants. The elephants, thank God, did not break down the actual structure of our building but they did stampede through our magnificent garden in their enthusiasm to partake of the radiation of God's Holy Will and bring it back into their kingdom. Many such an elephant I have ridden in ages past and you have too. Many a blessed one which runs yet wild in the jungles will be protected from slaughter promoted by the greed of mankind which sees only the ivory tusks wherein and whereby they can (after the kill) create miniatures according to their liking.  

We are in an era and an age now - today - wherein and whereby the peoples upon this Earth are taught to create out of pure crystalline light substance the things they require and desire through the creative faculties of thought, feeling, word and action and manifest it in the physical appearance world and no longer prey upon animal life or elemental life or other members of the human race who are negative and submissive for sustenance. We are in the days when those kingdoms which have subjugated themselves to serving the whims of personal esteem shall now raise their heads, straighten their spines and enjoy the real purpose for which they came into being, and reject and transmute the distortions which have been imposed upon them by the misguided use of free will by all recalcitrant races in all the eras where perfection was not expressed (including the twentieth century) a century which shall go down in history as one wherein more of the Divine Beings and God-free Beings have come to the assistance of such recalcitrant races as fourth, fifth and sixth root races and sub-races and laggards too, as well as an antagonistic elemental kingdom and frustrated imprisoned Angelic Kingdom and a Sweet Earth which shall not labor longer with the miscreations of the ages. 

ONE ALONE, I stand before Lord Gautama and the Beloved Regent Sanat Kumara, knowing full well the Divine Plan and Pattern as held within the Heart of Immaculate, the Planetary Silent Watcher for the Earth. I DECREE NOW that the Divine Plan be fulfilled for all life whatever expression it is now manifesting in TODAY. February eighteenth, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-one! I DECREE IT and SO BE IT! 

When we come to you in this manner, we either temporarily silence your outer consciousness by the power of our energies or we entertain you so much that you temporarily forget the real purpose for which "I AM" here and for which you are here - TO BECOME AND TO SUSTAIN THE VIRTUES AND RADIATING POWERS OF EVERY ONE OF US. Whichever Divine Being it is who chooses to bless you is cognizant of this same effect. AWAKE!!! There is no place for sleeping chelas in this great year of God Illumination. We have accelerated by the power of love and light the vibratory action of your four lower bodies and your brain consciousness; we have accelerated by the vibratory action of our own love and light the focus within this Ashram and all students gathered together in my Name to assist in inbreathing, absorbing, expanding and projecting the Royal Blue Flame of God's Holy Will throughout the atmosphere of the Earth; we have accelerated by our love and light every cell and atom of your beings, CHARGING you, charging through you, as radiating centers, illumined Faith in God's Holy Will manifest on this Earth NOW! 

As we have already melted the Northern icecaps, we can equally as well, with the co-operation of Helios and Vesta and yourselves in twenty-four hours melt the Southern icecaps as well! This we shall do! It only requires the invocation of the Power of Etherealization of excessive ice and snow by Helios and Vesta to absorb those tremendous glacier formations. It is not enough to read the current events of the day or listen to your telecast. Why do you think that telecast is placed before you, or your radio, or any other media of commercial expression - WHY??? To give you a half hour to sit down - NO! It is brought to your attention so that you will be aware of the requirement of the moment and then to go into action through your decrees, songs and application to change imperfect conditions into perfection. 

If you feel a 'prodding' while you are reclining enjoying reading your paper, listening to your radio or watching your television, it shall be my humble self. I can see you, and through you, into the heart of your magnificent immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame. I can see the aura around your four lower vehicles which you have created consciously through your self-willed endeavors and which does require the benediction and blessing of a permanent peace. I can love you enough to allow you full freedom in our Focus during this thirty day period. Like unto the Ascended Master, Beloved Serapis Bey, when this thirty-day period is over, I shall enjoy comparative privacy and with the cooperation of the brothers and sisters of God's Holy Will at Darjeeling we shall restore our Focus to its perfection. Yet the very fact that you desire to and do project yourselves in consciousness to our Retreat and have enough faith, energy, concentration and power to move physical objects in your etheric vehicle is very satisfying. You have accepted in the outer consciousness the statement that it would take four strong men to turn a grand piano, yet every one of you in this room and those who read my words has completely swung around our piano with a touch of one finger. It is wonderful indeed that you have that much energy in the power of projection of your consciousness. We are grateful indeed, as I have said before, that you have made a temporary play-room of our drawing room. 

In the center hall, as you know, is our beautiful replica of the Taj Mahal, the great prism lights pouring down to bless my brother, beloved Kuthumi. Then opposite the drawing room you enter the Flame Room through the great open doors upon which is incrested the Holy Grail. Each and every one of you shall have opportunity to walk down the center aisle, kneel before the ROYAL BLUE FLAME of God's Holy Will, enfolded in the crystalline radiance of the Seraphic Host and, enfolded in the Ascended Master Saint Germain's Angels of the Violet Fire. These magnificent Violet Fire Angels are permanent Guardians of the Flame of God's Holy Will giving always a benediction indeed, around our Royal Blue Flame as it rises high into the atmosphere and blessing also the Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain and his unascended chelas (as well as the Spirits of the Unborn.) 

After you have cognized that magnificent Blue Flame and have drawn into your very beings the essence and substance of the Holy Will of God, which is Good, your Sponsor comes and kneels beside you, a gentleman of might and strength. Then he leads you to your permanent seat in our Temple. There your inner name is written and there you shall listen to, and apply, the instruction of Divine Beings who know only and desire only to do God's Holy Will. It is not enough to ask what is God's Will because you are still encumbered by an emotional, mental, etheric and physical consciousness, all of whom have had free will too long. This is a subtle form of desire which will saturate the emotional body primarily and create through you a feeling of positive energy which might have its cause and core in your emotional, mental, etheric or physical consciousness. You walk on the razor's edge of Spiritual Activity protecting yourselves against your lower selves, asking, as I ask today that emotionally, mentally, etherically and physically YOU BE STRIPPED CLEAR AND CLEAN of every cause and core known and unknown within those four lower vehicles or within the untransmuted portion of your soul." 

Student response: We accept this done right now with full power… Eternally sustained, all powerfully active, ever expanding and world encompassing until all are wholly Ascended and Free, Beloved "I AM" (3 times)
