My Dear Chelas:  

Remember, the NOW must be the workroom of the race. The potency of Life, itself, escapes the perception of the student who is so inclined (by reason of the momentum of the race) to establish fulfillment of accomplishment in the nebulous future. The Light and Life which are alive within the vehicles under the direction of the intelligence must become more than the hope by the magic, miracle working power of the "I AM" Presence. When the chela, within his own consciousness, accepts the possibilities which are within the "I AM" Presence and endeavors to utilize the Life that flows through his vehicles every instant, he will realize that according to its highest possible content and potency will he begin to enter the sphere of Mastery. 

Know that Life, as it flows from the Source of its Universe into the conscious control of the qualifying intelligence, will never contain more than it does at the present instant and the possibility of the lifestream will never be greater than it is now. The tendency of mankind to hope for a transformation within his own life-hood (independent of his own qualifying power) has kept the race in bondage, looking to an externalized wand of power, or an externalized agent, whereby the Essence of his own life should be transformed into happiness or opulence of constancy. 

Until man recognizes that the Qualifying powers within his own Intelligence form his environment, his atmosphere, his body and his world, there is little hope for his sustained freedom. Other agents may modify his life, but the Qualifying power of his very own creative faculties are the deciding factors in shaping his destiny. 

I walk with you, dear hearts, every step of the way as you climb the ladder of evolution.
