Beloved Aspiring Ones: 

According to the choice of the first strong Spirit shall be the trend of the New Race when a new Planet is formed, and new Life given an opportunity to evolve upon it, because there is no momentum in any direction. It is the custom, then, for great Spiritual Souls from other Systems to accompany the New Race. These Beings, with their already established momentum for good - start a spiritually constructive pulsation. 

By example and inspiration they create an invisible track or line of thought, and the more daring of the New Race, draw energy from the Godhead and attempt to follow that thought upward. The thought of the Ascended One, like a great Cathedral Spire, and the thought of the foremost of the New Race (like a steeple made by hand) ascend upwards and it is thus a momentum is gained in the inner bodies of some members of the race, which forms a pattern, and which grows as the individuals persevere in the same direction. 

Until the New Race offers, from among itself, individuals whose momentum of thought, feeling and action are strong enough to stand and retain an unchanging pattern, the Great Cosmic Masters remain, holding their strong thought pattern, feeling pattern and physical pattern of all beauty, including architecture, for so is the Pathway for the return home marked. When this is accomplished, the Ascended Masters from the other chain withdraw, and the responsibility for the humanity (thus far protected by the Cosmic Beings) then rests with the evolved few who hold this high vision for the masses. So it is that each lifestream should leave the Earth plane a little better for his having lived upon it. 

In the case of the Planet Earth to which I Am now referring Lord Buddha and Lord Maitreya (now Lord Gautama and Lord Divino) were the two Beings among mankind's billions, who first achieved this degree of constancy. Every sustained upward reaching momentum built by any member of the race is most valuable, because it helps to hold the Divine Pattern for humanity, and because of these combined upward reaching thoughts, the mankind of Earth could never, by their mass accumulation of discord, entirely destroy the Divine Pattern. So, my chelas, you, in your way, and I in mine, may add to the strength of this upward-reaching, thus helping to hold what has been gained and making easier the Pathway home of those who aspire to follow. I AM ever cognizant of your daily overcoming and I bless you for every forward step.
