Beloved Children: 

It is a most marvelous thing to see the rhythm that is within the Heart of the Great Central Sun, and which should be expressed within all of life upon every planet of our Universe. I was thinking of it particularly with regard to the unfolding of the spring, and with regard to the unfoldment of your Spiritual Natures, which is an individual activity very dear to my Heart. 

You perhaps know that there is a time decreed by the outflow of the Father's breath on which the soul is journeying to the periphery of its orbit and experience, when it is impossible for that soul to return. That is a startling statement but until the soul has completed its outward arc into physical experience, and the length of the wave upon which the road has fulfilled its decreed destiny, the possibility of the Ascension is not within the compass of that lifestream. And then as the Inbreath of the Father sounds within the soul, from that instant, at whatever speed the lifestream requires, it may return into the full Victory of its completed circle. That is proven in the fact of birth and so called death - when once the lifestream has chosen incarnation, it must remain until the Higher Intelligences decree 'Come Home.' 

When the soul stands before the Heart of the Universal Father and asks for individualization it is in exactly the same position as the discarnate when he asks for incarnation. If he chooses the experience by which some day he will be a God, he cannot go part way, but he must proceed through until he becomes Master in physical experience, and then return home. It is the same with all of life. 

This is a thought worth pondering, because those of you, who have come now to a place where we have confirmed the Father's Will in you to return, are fortunate indeed. Others must yet pass through experiences before the pressure of the Outward Flow is released and the Incoming Light can carry them to the Bosom of the Eternal.
