Beloved Friends of My Heart: 

No student has yet understood the mighty power that lies within any one lifestream who chooses to utilize even his spare time in invoking the Flame which is the Ascended Master's Consciousness through himself, his family, his affairs his assets and his physical environment. Because mankind persists in the mental concept that every individual is a concrete form, they cannot understand fully the Law of Vibration and the tremendous Freedom that could be theirs, if they would accept it. 

Science has proven that the walls of a room or the substance of a steel girder are in constant motion, and the electrons and molecules that make up so-called matter are constantly vibrating and circling around their minute poles in a rhythmic manner, but the vibratory action of this rhythmic pulsation is so slow that to the physical sight it appears immovable. Yet through highly developed microscopes the substance of a wall becomes a constant mass of circling electrons with air spaces between relatively as great as the space between the Stars, and the Moon and the Sun. The physical bodies of mankind, likewise, are constantly moving masses of energy vibrating according to the thoughts and feelings of the individuals inhabiting these vehicles. 

To change the vibratory action of the individual's lifestream is the permanent way to raise such a one into a sphere of expansion more harmonious and permanent than the present one of limitation and distress. 

By calling the Flame from an Ascended Master (which is a vibration of Energy, mind you) through a slowly moving mass, you quicken the vibratory action of the slow manifestation, and when that is raised, the individual tunes into other vibrations corresponding to his accelerated rate of speed. This opens a new sphere of experience, new understanding, new vision, and greater unfoldment. 

Therefore, if you would choose to draw these Tongues of Flame through your family, your friends, through your assets, and through your associates and physical surroundings, you would find, as the vibratory action increases, all would express greater perfection and more of Godliness.
