Beloved Ones: 

Any lifestream who has served to bring beauty into the third dimensional world has been privileged to have some of the God Consciousness enter into the cup of his own individual consciousness, and by the alert vibratory action of the outer self-interpret and draw forth the Divine Ideation into manifest form for the enrichment of the souls, the bodies, spirits or minds of men. That is why it is said that "genius is touched by the Holy Spirit," for the human consciousness itself cannot generate the exquisite Perfection which comes alone from the Mind and Heart of God, but sensitive Spirits whose consciousness can be caught up and blended with the Divine, even temporarily, have been utilized through the centuries to bring beauty into the third dimensional plane to keep the Divine Spark in the Heart of an from starving from the lack of some semblance of the "Homeland". 

Thus these sensitive Spirits are interpreters of the Divinity. Their lifestreams are accredited with certain fame for having achieved tremendous heights in the realms of art, music, prose, and these people eventually come under the direction of the Ascended Masters when their great skill is used no longer for the mere blueprints of Perfection, which all art, sculpture, prose and music express, but they then become the molders of life itself through the control of the electronic energy, building and creating in the third dimensional plane from the very substance of the four elements according to the Divine Design as they see it. Their natural momentum through the fine faculties developed through their genius makes them of tremendous assistance to the Hierarchy, as they can couple what is called a practical sense with their capacity to soar into the Realm of Beauty and capture enough of that beauty to enrich the peoples of Earth. 

Beloved chelas, you are able to absorb much of God's Plan through your development of the centuries and through your sensitive nature. As you can hold much of the Divine Plan as your heart, mind and consciousness can absorb, and then utilize the Powers of Creation through your thought and feeling process to precipitate that into form, you will greatly accelerate the manifestation of the true Fourth Ray Service to the peoples of Earth - which is not so much the creation of so called inanimate form, as it is the designing of a perfected humanity, which will be the model that can be followed by the mass-mind and will be, once the Beauty and Harmony of the Inner Perfection has been registered and transferred into the third dimensional form for them to see, accept, acknowledge and acclaim. 

Persevere in your individual application and prove your conscious ability to transform vision into form.
