Our Beloved Maha Chohan speaks on attaining and sustaining the consciousness of Perfection at all times 

"The Holy Christ of every individual is absolutely non-recordant to the mistakes and unhappiness of the human self. Contemplating this statement, you will find that the Christ Self cannot accept as real or true the many vicissitudes which beset the personality. Since the goal of every student is to attain the God Consciousness and sustain that without interruption in the course of all experience, inner and outer, it should give one pause for a great deal of contemplation as to how much the human appearance, the intellectual consciousness, accepts and how far apart therefore the human self and the God-Self yet appear to be.  

To practice the Presence means to become the Presence in daily living. To practice the Higher Consciousness in sustained activity through one’s daily life is to greatly grow into and blend with the Holy Christ Self which is really a higher State of Consciousness. The word 'body' always symbolizes the instrument or vessel in which the consciousness dwells. 

The time has come for the earnest chelas to begin living life from this higher and more subtle consciousness, so that the 'jump' from the intellect into the "Presence" which is anticipated at the close of the embodiment might not require such a long period of adjustment and training. 

More important, there are many chelas under my specific direction who will be required to BE the "Presence" in action, while yet wearing a physical garment. Those blessed ones who have reached the control of their feelings where they can, and have, grasped what it means to build a Focus for the Great White Brotherhood and my humble Self, and have given of the substance of their worlds to bring this into manifestation are the ones who will in the future receive the SPECIAL GIFT LETTER, which will come forth from my humble self when "I AM" privileged to be vested with the authority of Cosmic Holy Spirit. 

The Special Gift Letter was originally known as "the Sponsor Letter' and was sent to those blessed chelas who took upon themselves the responsibility to subsidize THE BRIDGE PUBLICATIONS, and then in the generosity of our Hearts, it was permitted to be sent, to all BULLETIN subscribers. In the future, effective with the December Letter, it will be sent only to these BULLETIN subscribers who feel in their hearts that they wish to belong to my special band of chelas who "I AM" training to raise their consciousness to Cosmic levels from whence I shall function upon my elevation to the office of Cosmic Holy Spirit.
