Beloved of My Heart: 

Following the instructions of last week on 'practicing the Presence', I would call your attention that energy gravitates to a similar vibration, to a feeling which is compatible to its own. 

It is the Mercy of God which keeps the chela from seeing the gigantic vortices of imperfection into which he ties his energy, and which he has to handle, when the Law of Harmony is not expressing through his lifestream. 

All energy is either good, or otherwise. Drawing your attention for a moment only, to the mass causes and cores of imperfection which are rampant in this chaotic world of form, the chela of discretion will quickly, and positively, affirm that the only road for him is that set forth on the constructive side. 

With the great scientific advances which are being daily made, one hears of this or that vibration, and I wish to impress emphatically on you the necessity of keeping your consciousness on a high level of good. It is your responsibility to the Cosmic Law, in return for the information which is being constantly released to you, that you show an ever-increasing balance on the constructive side of your ledger, in order that you may continue to be the recipients of further assistance from the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

It is indeed comforting to me when I see the loving acceptance of the instruction given in this avenue of THE BULLETIN, and more important the hearts desire of my chelas to put into practice the lessons given.
