Beloved Chelas: 

Endurance and fidelity in Spiritual endeavor are requisites for Mastery, and these are difficult qualities to find expressed in unascended beings. The records of the various Retreats throughout the Planet show that the greatest number of lifestreams who were unable to fulfill their vocations lacked the qualities of endurance and fidelity to the Light. 

The vicissitudes of earthly experience and the various initiations wherein the true temper of the lifestream is developed are never causes of failure in themselves unless the lifestream's spirit of endurance and constancy ceases to sustain the further efforts toward Perfection. If you will consider any of the required Virtues or any of the so-called faults and weaknesses, you will understand that a "Constant Spirit", while temporarily delayed in his progress through such manifestations, is not permanently disqualified from further endeavor unless he just gives up. 

It brings great joy to my Heart for the constancy of the blessed chelas who are under my Personal supervision and who are willing, week after week, month after month, ...yes, year after year to lovingly endeavor to apply the which I am privileged to give to them. 

Beloved ones of the steadfast hearts please feel the Mantle of my Love about you and as you have the added Benediction of the Holy Christmas Season, may you each experience the birth of the Christus in your beings and worlds - to guide you as you proceed into greater Light.
