My Beloved Ones: 

All chelas upon the Earth know that each individualized lifestream has a seven-fold nature; that four of these vehicles come to Earth at the time of physical expression thereon, while the other three, being Divine in Nature, have never descended into the consciousness as expressed by the lower vehicles since their fall from Grace. You also know that when mankind first came to Earth, all four of the lower vehicles served as instruments through which the God Nature could express. 

As a result of the negative use of free will, these lower vehicles became 'tainted' with the effluvia of human qualification of God's Holy Energy, and each time the lifestream is permitted to re-embody, it is for the purpose of changing the imperfection recorded therein and to enable him to express that part of the Divine Plan for which he alone is responsible. Until the seven bodies are in alignment - that is equally developed, purified, and under the control of the "I AM" Presence, the lifestream is neither balanced nor expressing the Divine Nature. 

The mankind upon this Earth are witnessing the 'revolt' of some of the Leaders in the orthodox religions. In the majority of cases, these men and women have been receiving instruction at Inner Levels and, in their waking consciousness, are fired with enthusiasm to assist others in the purifying process which is necessary for the mankind abiding upon this Planet. Having been closely associated with the orthodoxy of the existing religions, and being aware of the selfish interests of many in positions of authority, they are endeavoring to rally around themselves others who formerly wore this same yoke of oppression. 

I counsel you to not be disturbed by the unrest, uncertainty, and apparent crumbling of the power of those in authority, for we are IN the New Age, and this so-called revolt will soon show you that it is part of the Plan to more fully usher in the Teachings of the Seventh Ray Dispensation. 

I appeal to you at this time to call for the Divine Illumination of these Leaders, and that they will be brought into contact with those individuals who are already aware, in their outer consciousness, of the Activities of the Sacred Fire so that this purifying, transmuting process may be quickly presented to the many, while at present it has only reached the consciousness of the few.
