My Beloved Chelas: 

In deep reverence, it is my privilege to tell you about some of the activities which took place at the Rocky Mountain Retreat on New Year's Eve. 

The Spirit of this Year 1969 will be known as "Celeste Maria" for this pulsating Focus of Light is the luminous Presence of beloved Mother Mary. The Sacred Tones which emanate from her will be those of the so loved Ave Maria. Beloved Lady Mary counseled with the Lord of the World, Gautama, and the Lords of Karma regarding the Service which she felt that she could, render to the children of the Earth through the affinity which she has with them. It is anticipated that much can be done through the women of the race to restore the dignity of womanhood and to re-establish family Unity as the Father-Mother God so intended that state to be. 

Celeste Maria, glorious Being of Light, will also join Beloved Lady Meta in her Healing Activity through the beneficent Service of the Fifth Ray. 

The beloved chelas have proven during the year of 1968 that it was their heartfelt desire to co-operate with the Spiritual Hierarchy, and tremendous strides were made in this direction. 

I know that you will happily anticipate co-operating with the Sponsors of 1969 - Beloved El Morya, Beloved Lady Meta, and Beloved Kamakura. You well know that the mighty El Morya is the dignified Representative of God's Holy Will for this planet, and with this Being of Action, we are convinced that the Earth and her evolutions will greatly benefit through the Directives which he will give to the chelas and through the radiation of his Being. You realize that God's Will does not manifest where imperfection is present, so to this accomplishment, the beautiful Lady Meta will lend her energies for the healing of the ills of the race in conjunction with the Lord Kamakura through his expanded Activity of the Violet Ray of Transmutation. 

Believing that you would like to be apprised of some of the Ceremonial which took place at the Rocky Mountain Retreat at the time of the induction of the Sponsors, I am happy to give you a brief resume. 

It is the custom of the outgoing Sponsor, or Sponsors, to kneel before the Throne of the Lord of the World to receive a benediction for the Service given during the preceding year. Following this, the newly appointed Sponsor, or Sponsors, takes their places at the feet of the Beloved Gautama to receive a Blessing for the Service which has been assigned to them. This activity takes place immediately after the Thoughtform of the Year is lowered from the Heart of the Silent Watcher, Beloved Immaculata, into the Consciousness of the Lord of the World. As he energizes it, the Thought Form is externalized for the members of the Spiritual Hierarchy who receive it into their consciousnesses with the Holy Vow to lend their energies toward bringing forth the Plan contained within this Sacred Symbol. Then, as they continue the expansion of this Form, the chelas take it into their consciousnesses, and so it goes forth to the Christ alive within everyone on the Planet. 

All who attended this Sacred Ceremony noticed that the pulsating Light within the Temple Room was constantly changing - blending all the colors of the spectrum - but at the time of the dedication of the Sponsors for this year, the most vibrant sapphire blue Light enfolded all. Closer observation showed the presence of both the Violet Ray and the Green Ray which Beloved Kamakura and Lady Meta represent respectively at this time. God's Holy Will shall infiltrate and express through the evolutions of this Planet before the Book is closed for the Year of 1969. 

All of you love Beloved El Morya, and you will be interested in knowing that this gentleman of heaven was handsomely attired in pure white silk. He wore a turban of the same material with a glorious Star Sapphire in the center. The belt which girdled his garment was made of Sapphires and Diamonds. The ring which he chose for his finger of authority was a heart-shaped diamond, and the mounting was of sapphires. 

Beloved Lady Meta was exquisite in pure white silk of a texture which has not been released to the people of Earth. A similar white silk was chosen by Beloved Kamakura. Beloved Meta selected Emeralds as her jeweled adornment. She presented an exquisitely beautiful picture. One noticed the Grecian treatment of her golden hair - with bands of golden material wound through it. This band was fashioned with Emeralds spaced at intervals, and enhanced her majestic Presence. 

Our Beloved Kamakura represents all the dignity of a true gentleman of Oriental background, and his white garment was symbolic. He chose the Amethyst as his adornment in deference to the Service which he and his Brotherhood are rendering on the Seventh Ray to assist our beloved Lord and King, Saint Germain. What a tremendous dedication it was when he approached Saint Germain and said, in essence, "I give you my ALL," to help you to bring in the Permanent Golden Age. 

The feeling of Dignity of Service to the Supreme Source shall be felt by the chelas this year for they have now advanced to the consciousness where they know in their feelings that dignity is expressed through the nature of the being of the individual Christ, and is not something which can be assumed. When one permits the natural Beauty of their Innermost Self to express, there one finds True Dignity! 

Well, my chelas, we have had quite an informal little talk this morning, and I have given the above to you so that you may find a close affinity with our beloved Sponsors of the Year - remembering always the glorious Celeste Maria. 

I counsel you to hold the Sacred Chalice of your consciousness on high so that you may be the Crystal Grail from which others may imbibe the Mystic Essence of the Christ.
