The Spiritual Hierarchy is so very grateful to the great Karmic Board for releasing the Dispensation for the Petition presented by beloved Mother Mary at the Summer Conference that we wish to share it with you, and to ask your participation in giving your energy on behalf of the younger generation:

"All children coming into embodiment this year, and all in embodiment up and including eighteen (18) years of age, will have fifty percent (50%) of their remaining karma transmuted in order to assist them to more quickly express the Christ Presence upon this Earth!

Those waiting at the Gates of Birth will come in with more purified etheric vehicles, as you can well realize, and those already in embodiment on Earth will be able to advance rapidly on the Path of Light, for their more purified vehicles will be receptive to the inflow of Spiritual Instruction which is being released to them by their Heavenly Sponsors, through the accelerated instruction being given their inner vehicles!" 

Can you envision, beloved ones, the enormity of this dispensation? Already, viewed from the Realms of Cosmic Consciousness, we are noticing a change in the consciousness of the youth who are of a constructive nature - their great receptivity to the inflow of instruction which they are being given while they are in their etheric vehicles. 

It is for this reason that I have chosen to enlist your assistance in the release of your energy for the younger generation, for you are aware that every Dispensation requires a balance of energy not only from the Ascended and Cosmic Beings but from the chelas upon the Earth plane. 

I know you will most happily co-operate with us in this glorious project of raising the consciousness of the youth of today and the Protection also of those who have not yet reached what the peoples of Earth call -"the age of reason", which incidentally is manifesting earlier due to the fact that very illumined children are now in embodiment all over the Planet.
