Beloved Chelas: 

I lovingly present to you today, the Address given by Beloved Lady Miriam at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony last evening.

My dear and faithful friends, a beautiful Service is taking place at Darjeeling and I shall endeavor to bring you closer to the activities. As you already know, the Council Chamber at this particular Focus holds about five hundred individuals and so a tremendous amphitheater has been erected over this Focus, to accommodate the thousands of individuals who are here in their etheric garments. 

In the Council Chamber, we see the glorious altar which is almost impossible to describe in human words. It is just blazing with the Light of the Diamonds and Sapphires with which it is adorned. Upon this altar has been placed the Holy Grail and the mighty Spear - the Grail representing the individualized self and the Spear, the WILL OF GOD TO GET THINGS DONE! These have been brought to this room and placed upon the altar from the Sacred Chamber in which is always blazing the Holy Flame of God's Will. No unascended being can enter that Chamber and so within the Grail there is the Essence of the Flame of God's Will which is now blazing upon the altar. 

When we heard the strains of "Pomp and Circumstance" we knew that the Beloved El Morya was approaching and this truly was a magnificent sight... In our midst we have our mighty Lord of the World, Gautama and our Regent, Sanat Kumara... both of whom have honored us with their august presence. Everyone in this room is attired in White or Sapphire Blue. As beloved El Morya entered he was followed by the beloved Archangel Michael and blessed Micah. Everyone in the assembly, including beloved Gautama and Sanat Kumara, rose in deference to the Holy Will of God which my beloved represents in such a magnificent manner. 

The beloved Lord of the World Gautama and beloved Sanat Kumara are wearing very, very simple garments of white of most exquisite material and the Radiance from their Beings is so tremendous that they are scarcely visible. Beloved El Morya is wearing Eastern attire of pure white silk with a ceremonial cape which is joined at the throat with glorious sapphires. These gems are about the size of a silver dollar so you can imagine the Light which is blazing from them, and in his turban there is also a magnificent sapphire. Beloved Lord Michael and Beloved Micah are similarly attired in robes of sapphire blue. Now, if you will pardon a personal reference, beloved El Morya presented me today with an exquisite sari that looks like spun White Light embroidered in Sapphire blue. Of course, I do not have to tell you that our Beloved El Morya has magnificent taste. 

Now some of the chelas may wonder why we describe the attire of certain members of the Hierarchy from time to time. Our sole reason is that some lifestreams find it very, very difficult to visualize and while still in the world of form if one hears something which alludes to or resembles form, their consciousness receives a better picture. Now, away from the personal reference. 

As Beloved El Morya stepped upon the rostrum, we saw a tremendous blazing, flashing blue Light come into the room right before the altar and as we raised our eyes and consciousness towards its source, we saw that directly from beloved Hercules’s Retreat over Zurich, there was a pathway of blazing blue Light and this indicated to all that an accelerated activity will take place all during this month, as indeed it shall. 

At the close of the ceremony beloved El Morya is sending out a call to every Head of State, in every principal country throughout the world - be it King, Queen, President, Premier, Prime Minister and so on, to come to his personal Council Room. They will come first individually and this activity will take place all during the coming week. They will hear what Beloved Morya has to say and I assure you, that will be plenty! The Brothers of this Retreat have offered lovingly, willingly, to stand in the aura of every one of these dignitaries all during this period and blaze and blaze the Flame of God's Holy Will through all of their inner bodies. We expect and we know that beloved El Morya has a tremendous plan - which he will set forth - for God's Will shall be done upon this Earth and there is no one more determined that it shall manifest than this Blessed Being! 

When beloved El Morya raised the Chalice to breathe upon the Flame of God's Holy Will, it blazed and blazed with a most glorious essence of that Flame - the Crystal Flame with the radiance of Sapphire Blue. At the exact moment when the Chalice was raised, a duplicate of tremendous size externalized in the atmosphere over this Focus. With it we can also see the Diamond Spear. Now you can understand that the Earth and her evolutions are going to get quite a "drenching" of the substance of God's Will all during this month and you, my dear chelas, be on your toes.  

When your gentleman sponsor brings you to this Focus you are not this time going to be invited to play the piano or to sip some tea before the fireplace. Each of you is going to give service - you will be taken to the Council Chamber and there you will be bathed in the Essence of the Flame of God's Will, through music, through affirmation and decree. Do not be concerned as to what sort of decrees you are going to give, because El Morya has a beautiful program already prepared for you and you will find that many of the affirmations will be quite illumining to you - some are in the Litany form and by that I mean - some Members of the Brotherhood will give an Affirmation and you will give a Response. Do not worry about it; do not be concerned because every one of the chelas is going to "toe the mark" this month, as my beloved has very emphatically stated. Now you surely know that his desire for all to do God's Will is motivated by Pure Divine Love but the powerful expression must manifest at this time, because there is so much to be done; the time is short and we know that you will lovingly co-operate. 

I have one request which I would like to make of each of you and that is that some time during each day - it would be wonderful if it could be morning, noon and night - that you take the time to say "The Lord's Prayer". In that Lord's Prayer you know there is a mighty affirmation - THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. A tremendous momentum has been built in those words and every time they go forth from your heart, your lips - the Angels of God's Will will amplify them and take the Holy Essence where it is needed most. 

So, be prepared for a month of truly wonderful Service, toward fulfilling the Heart desire of our beloved El Morya.
