Beloved Chelas: 

THE COSMIC LAW - what does it mean to you? 

Ah lovely ones, have you really thought deeply enough on those words... Do you think it is a composite of all the Rules and Regulations which by this Planet is governed? 

That is true but further contemplation will show you that embodied in that Law is Pure Divine Love, Mercy, Beauty; Harmony, Peace, and all the Virtues of the Godhead... for the Cosmic Law is the all-pervading Presence of God "I AM". 

When we make the statement that the Cosmic Law issues an Edict, we mean that in order to bring into fruition the Divine Plan for this Planet, it is necessary that certain activities be put into motion. 

The Master Builder of this Universe has an overall Plan and delegates to various Beings the Authority for certain portions of the Project, according to bent and development of the individual beings... just as a builder in this world of form has before him a blueprint for a single or multiple project. 

I refresh your consciousness with the foregoing for with this week's Release, we begin another Series of THE BULLETIN and I wish to impress upon you the fact that you are provided with an opportunity to expand your service as co-creators with the Almighty. 

Let us all bow our heads, in humility, before the Grace of God which flows so freely through the Holy Breath and gives us this privilege.
