Beloved Chelas: 

The Light from the Heart of the "I AM" Presence in its descent into the physical form goes straight into the cavity of the heart, and there it is returned to the brain, and the impulse reaches the sense consciousness or intellectual understanding. The instructions from the Presence thus descends on its Ray of Light, and re-ascending upward directs the brain cells to follow out certain Divine Directions which would make the outer self a full representative of the Godhead. 

The brain cells, however, are also connected with the five outer senses to the world of appearance, and the vibrations of the appearance world are constantly reporting to the brain. This is an accretion of fact and fancy picked up from the world without. The brain, then, has a struggle between accepting the direction of the heart or the dictates of reason from appearance. The pressure of feeling prefers the report of the outer senses, and usually the Divine Direction of the heart is ignored - thus the man becomes the pawn of the appearance world until he learns to obey the directions of the heart, even in the face of the most appalling appearances to the contrary, he will thus never make continual advancement or be of value to the Spiritual Hierarchy except in spurts. 

However, a chela can so train himself to watch the Light descending from the Presence into the heart, and then re-ascending into the brain, so that he can as clearly hear the directions of the Presence as he can hear a voice on the radio, although it is more of a flash-picture than a worded expression. 

For instance, in India, which is the Brain-Center of the Planet there is much unrest among its population. The brain cells having accepted the appearance for centuries, and the sensory nerves being pressed by outer so-called powers, wish to institute a mental breakdown. If this occurred in India, the balance of the Planet and every individual brain would be affected. There is but one concerted action - and that is, to make the pressure from the Heart Center greater than the turmoil of outer agitation. 

America is the Heart Center of the Planet and from America pours the Light to illumine the brain. Feel that Light surging forth into India with such power that it gives every one of her people God-direction, which can never be swayed by human suggestion, hypnotic control or agitation. 

You could draw a picture of the Planet, placing America at the Heart, India at the Head, and China at the throat, and then visualize the Light from the Heart of God - the great Spiritual Hierarchy and the mighty Virgo, Aries, Neptune and Helios, descending into the Heart of the Planet (America). The re-ascending up through the throat (China) into the Head (India), and bringing into outer manifestation, with the speed of lightning, the Divine Plan for the Planet Earth and its people. 

The "sanity" of the Planet hangs in the balance and the mental breakdown of the Planet is not a pleasant experience to go through, for it would result in violence to the Earth and its people and chaos in the Elemental Kingdom. 

The pineal and pituitary glands are located in the Head (India) of the Planet and these two glands in the Head of the Planet are the ones that should receive concentrated attention in calling for the Light of God to take control... to hold Balance by Light, Peace by Light, and Divine Illumination, to see and bring into manifestation the Divine Plan for the Planet Earth and all life upon it. 

I give the foregoing to you at this hour so as to better understand that the Will of God shall be externalized for this Earth and to assure you that Meetings by the Heads of Government to bring about peaceful co-existence are essential... and to enlist your further cooperation in our endeavors to bring UNITY of all Nations, and all men.
