Dear Chelas:

It is my privilege to present to you excerpts from the address which the mighty Archangel Michael gave to the assembled guests at his Retreat at Banff on the evening of the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony, January 19th. 

Beloved Lord Michael:  

We are this evening deviating from the regular practice of presenting to the chelas the details of the Activity of the Flame Service, since it is my great desire to stress the importance of the Thought Form and Service for the year of 1974.  

How well we all know that the Earth Planet requires Peace - that Peace which comes from Understanding and Illumination and I speak to you on behalf of all of us who are privileged to be the Sponsors for this period. Last year the necessity for Harmony was constantly brought to your attention and the cooperation of the chelas enabled us to accomplish more than we had anticipated. That mighty Virtue paved the way for the acceptance in the hearts of the people of this Earth for God Illumination and I come to you this evening to ask your continued cooperation so that this very important year will bring into fruition the Divine Picture which has been presented to us by the mighty Silent Watcher -Immaculata and the beloved Lord of the World - Gautama. 

In simple words the time has arrived when the chelas are expected to put "their shoulders to the wheel" and cooperate with us to the fullest in expanding the Light of this world... and the keynote of that Light is Pure Divine Love, and where Pure Love is present there is no inharmony. We are so very grateful that the blessed John, the Beloved has come to the foreground to assist in this mighty undertaking. Through the years many have visualized John as being very passive - that is far from the Truth - he is a Being of tremendous Power - generating that Strength through the harmonious vibration of Divine Love. 

Holy Amethyst and I have detailed our Legions for round the clock service and we are determined with all the Power and Love of our Beings to clear this Earth and her evolutions of its effluvia of the Ages - and your cooperation will assist us greatly and then the tremendous and so required God Illumination can find its way into the hearts of mankind. 

Beloved Ones, you are the mighty defenders of the Faith, and I counsel you to play the stirring music of our Focus for truly will the stains of the Soldier Chorus fill you with the added impetus to serve side by side with us, at all times! 

Consider yourselves members of the Legions of Lord Michael and I assure you that shall always be on the alert to amplify your dedicated Energy as it goes forth to assist this dear Earth to fulfill the plan of Perfection which is her destiny. 

I have not intentionally taken the "center stage" - giving specific attention to the Service of this Retreat, but in the manner of the mighty El Morya I have grasped this opportunity to SET LIFE FREE! This is my purpose in Being!"
